We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Łódź! The location is perfect – just a short walk to great cafes, restaurants, and everything you might need. There’s also a beautiful park nearby, which was a lovely bonus. One of the highlights was the mind-blowing underground parking – super convenient and included with the apartment, so we could just leave the car and enjoy the city stress-free. The building is brand new, and so is the apartment. Everything feels fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail – from the shelves to the little plants – was carefully chosen. We especially loved the big, bright panoramic windows and the huge balcony, which felt more like a private summer terrace with large glass panels that you can open up. All the furniture is high-quality – nothing cheap or flimsy. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of love and care into creating this space. Excellent

Piotr was welcoming, responsive, and made everything really easy from check-in to check-out. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment really felt like home for us. We stayed in the winter and the apartment was always warm and cosy. There are some reviews that mention a dog barking, we were there for a number of weeks and only heard it a few times so it wasn't an issue for us.

Very cool and atmospheric place. Check in doesn't give any issues, host gives clear and understandable instructions. A kitchen equipped with everything you need for a multi-day stay. A spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed. The most I liked the painting with cats :) I recommend to anyone who plans to stay in Łódź.

Unique "Taupe Apartment" in the center of Łódź

The biggest advantage of the apartment was the quiet location, parking space in the garage and well-functioning air conditioning. At the same time, the apartment is quite close by car to important attractions in Łódź. The apartment was exactly like the photos. What you can't see is the fact that the apartment also has a balcony, although there are no places to sit. The air conditioning is only in the living room, but with the open bedroom, the cold air reaches it as well. The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable, with a medium-hard mattress. The couch in the living room is moderately comfortable, but you can sleep on it. The apartment has blinds so they can be darkened properly. Chilly in the morning as the sun rises on the other side of the building. You can have a nice and hassle-free stay in this apartment.

Great location with lots of cafes, shops, and a tram stop nearby for easy city access. The only small issue was the old staircase — beautiful but a bit tricky with luggage.
