Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Locorotondo

My friend and I were very fortunate to have discovered this gem of an apartment. Great location, within walking distance of the town yet in a peaceful area. The balcony and terrace were perfect for enjoying a cup of tea in the morning or a drink in the evening. Great views over the town! Massimo was a fabulous host who met us at the local train station which was a great help. We also very much appreciated the lift he organised for us to get to the airport. The apartment was as described and was very clean and cosy. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance and a couple of local supermarkets. I would certainly stay here again! Thank you Massimo!✨🌟

Nice place, as advertised

Thanks to Cosimo and Réjane for their great welcome, kindness and availability. Réjane speaks French very well so the contact was very easy. We had a great time in this beautiful area. The accommodation is very well located for visiting the area, many tourist sites are less than an hour's drive away. The trulli annina is very exotic and pleasant to relax between two visits.

Mario is the perfect host - he met us at the arranged parking area and escorted us to our accommodation and made a booking for dinner that night - there was a lovely bottle of Prosecco waiting for us which we enjoyed on the fabulous balcony with amazing views - very special stay !!!

Martino’s house is really beautiful, super clean and he prepared us dinner on our arrival which was awesome. We were not lucky around the weather but the house was warm always to keep us warm in the cold. Location is in between Locorotondo and Martina Franca, closer to Locorotondo. You will need a car! And you can go to all the nice places in max 1 hour. I believe Martina’s house would be much more enjoyable during summer period where you can enjoy the outdoor sitting.

The trulli was an enchanting place for our week in Puglia. From the beginning, the communication was impeccable and even when we asked for a larger coffee pot, this wish was fulfilled. The place was very clean and equipped with everything you need! We felt very welcome and comfortable. From here you can easily reach everything worth seeing in the region by car in a short time. We are very satisfied and can recommend this place to any couple who want to have a nice time. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to the family and Mario.

Excellent location. Helpful and responsive host. Great views of the water. Comfortable bed and big kitchen. Quirky layout with lots of rooms. Bathrooms are small. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Marina's apartment. Despite being in the countryside, the road to access the property was wide and in good conditions (which is rare in the Puglian countryside!). Very peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The apartment was well heated, comfortable and very clean. Marina (the host) was always available for any help we needed during our stay.

Loved it ! Best part is the location of the place - it’s right in the center of Poligano at the end of Via Roma and you can walk everywhere (food, sea view, coffee bars, supermarket, lama monachile etc). They waited for us until 10-11pm for checkin and were always available for anything (eg Netflix password). Kitchen has basic equipment and there was only decaf coffee (machine is basic and doesn’t work well) but we still had some breakfasts on the terrace when the sun was out which was amazing. Having a washing machine there is also top! Good and super clean place for 3 people who know each other well (couple with kid) cause there are no doors, only curtains.

I would 100% recommend Erasmina's place. She is a welcoming and caring host, Erasmina was available from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The place is peaceful. I just advise against going there by car (Erasmina will give you all the necessary info). Don't hesitate, choose this place :)

I never had a great experience with airbnb and this is the first place that gave me the first and the best experience with airbnb. The place is 8-minute walking distance from the old town, but there is a beautiful sea view right in front of the building. The place was absolutely a beauty I wanted to spend more time inside than outside. I am very sensitive with the cleanliness and this place was very clean. Must stay place for anyone visiting the town.

We had an amazing stay. We're a family of four (with 10-year and eight-year olds) and it worked well for us being a five minute walk from the historic town and the alcove beaches. It was also a great jumping off point for us getting to other sites around Puglia. There was always free street parking available, within one block of the apartment (we visited in April). Vittorio, who was in touch with us from an apartment management perspective, was so helpful with sight-seeing, restaurant and beach recommendations. He was responsive and proactive, so we're very thankful.

What a pleasant stay at Marcello's. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by his lovely aunt, who is super kind and nice. We were even given snacks, water, and milk (for breakfast the following day). His home is fully equipped with everything you would need - a kitchen with all the seasonings for home cook meals, a washing machine to clean the clothes, and hot steaming water for relaxing showers. Also, there is a huge balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea from a distance! It is absolutely beautiful. Also, communication with Marcello could not be any more convenient! He is super responsive to your messages, talking about minutes! I highly recommend his place for your stay in Ostuni!

We had a lovely babymoon in the Airbnb in capitolo. It’s really close by Monopoli and the beach. Tip: if you go to the sea side walk a bit to the left over the rocks until you’ll find Cala verde. It’s really nice.

Amazing place with everything what you need. Very clean, quiet and cozy place with fantastic garden, new furnitures and all accessories. Maria is very helpful with accomodation and useful tips. Definately worth to stay and visit.

Giulia's accommodation impressed us above all for its location: the sea near the house within walking distance in a few minutes is beautiful! Crystal clear waters, snorkeling opportunities but also easily accessible beaches with simple water access! The apartment is equipped with all the comforts and amenities: spacious with double bathroom and a beautiful terrace where you can dine and entertain. In addition, in a short time you can reach beautiful cities to visit such as Monopoli, Polignano and Ostuni; in short, super strategic, super convenient and super recommended! Finally, Giulia is a kind and helpful host, she accommodated our check-in and check-out needs and for this we thank her so much! We will definitely be back!

Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and there were lots of cafes and restaurants etc very close by. The old town is only a short stroll away, as well as the train station. The rooftop terrace was very good for us as we were there for almost 2 weeks and it was a great option for us to relax. All in all a great place to stay and Vincenzo is very friendly, approachable and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Chantal and also the owner's family welcomed us in a very friendly manner and were very helpful (for example, a defective shower hose was replaced immediately). Anna, the owner, who lives above the apartment, took us once in the car and showed us a nice breakfast option and they were always very interested and gave us good tips and help. Next to the property is directly the owner's office, the terraces merge. We were fine. Unfortunately, we could not use the terrace because the weather felt more like the "North Sea" during the week. But you can head to many great destinations from here and do everything on foot in beautiful Pogliano. The apartment is very clean and it has it all. You should probably also know that one bedroom doesn't have an outside window. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is spacious and clean. In addition, it is conveniently located. Vincenzo is extremely kind and considerate. He sent me little messages from time to time during my stay. A wonderful place to stay in Monopoli. The apartment had everything one could need. The location was perfect to get to the water, shopping, restaurants and coffee/breakfast in the morning. Communication was excellent and quickly responsive to questions. Beautifully decorated and we loved the Molton Brown products!
