Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The Soleil d'Artist apartment is ready to welcome you, a small cocoon close to the beaches of Erdeven and the Etel bar. You can walk there. As a painter, I wanted to give it an artistic touch adjoining my studio, with a garden where you can have seasonal fruits and vegetables, dining areas for a plancha and rest areas, bicycles. A quality apartment that will seduce you with its charm.

Old farmhouse at the end of a dead end, on more than 1 ha of countryside. Comfortable cottage with mini-farm: goat, pig, chickens, goose, pony, donkey and horses, to feed if you wish! Ideal for exploring the region (Auray, Carnac, Quiberon...). Master bedroom (160 cm bed), bathroom/toilet, dressing room. Unfenced garden. Linens provided, bed made. Gîte de France label. The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a cafe and the press of the day. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.
