L'Etage - Cozy studio near the ocean

Welcome to our home! "L'Etage" is a large studio classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation" located at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, close to beaches, surf spots, kite spots and sites of interest (Megaliths, Ria, Côte sauvage, Grand Site Dunaire, GR34...). Parking is closed and the garden is enclosed. linens are provided.(Linen and towels).

A small wooden house with its quiet garden, in the heart of an organic vegetable farm, Ideally located for hikes, admiring the sunken paths, woods, pretty meadows and streams or simply recharging your batteries. It is an invitation to disconnect and return to nature. From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.

We offer a 20 m2 studio adjoining our family home 300 meters from the beach. We would like to clarify that our garden is currently under construction. The work in progress is not noisy. Access to the studio is independent of our house, it is via a small tree-lined path. You will have access to a shaded terrace. You can park in front of our house to drop off your luggage. To park your car you have free parking 200 meters away.

Sardineta: Saint Cado by the water - 1st

Apartment in a charming house in the heart of the fishing village, Saint Cado, on the Ria d'Etel. Welcome to our beautiful stone house renovated with natural materials and traditional techniques, respecting its old character. Located 50 meters from the port, it is divided into three independent apartments, each occupying one floor. The layout we designed was designed to optimize space and offer you the most comfort possible.

"La Petite Maison" Ploëmel

Ideally located, close to Carnac, La trinité sur mer, Quiberon, Erdeven (surf) close to the Gulf of Morbihan, this Breton house is ideal for your holidays or weekends... The house is perfect for couples and families. On foot, in the center of town, you will find an excellent bakery for your breakfast, a grocery store, a cafe and the press of the day. It is reserved for tenants and only for them.

We offer our place to rent during our vacation. It is an old cottage typical of Brittany, renovated a few years ago in functional accommodation. Great for families and friends. It has a beautiful outdoor space of 1300 m2 and is located in a very quiet little village.
