Family home, enclosed garden, close to shops

Terraced family home (through the garage), with large terrace behind the house overlooking an enclosed garden and completely out of sight. The house is very inviting and well equipped. It is a 15-minute walk from Palais by a pleasant path, close to shops (3 minutes from an Intermarché) and a 15-minute walk from Ramonette beach. No TV or wifi but board games and a well-stocked library. Cleaning is to be done by guests when guests leave.

This is a typical Belliloise house full of charm. It is located in the heart of an old village on the wild coast, close to the coastal path, Pointe de Pouldon and the small Pouldon harbor beach. The village of Locmaria is 3 km away where you will find a convenience store, a bakery, a café-tabac-épicerie, restaurants, bike rental... By bike you can easily reach Baluden or Herlin beach in 10 minutes or Les Grands Sables in 20 minutes.

Our small house is in the heart of a village living in Belle Ile, thanks to its equestrian center. Located 200 meters from a beautiful beach and wild coves, it is possible to go hiking on the coastal trails from the house. Comfortable, both rustic and modern, it is warm, you will feel at home there. The terrace, facing south, is an integral part of the house. The furniture is made by Axel, with Belle Ile wood.

Our accommodation is close to several beaches in Bangor and Locmaria, hiking trails and a cycling route. You will appreciate it for its terraces, fully enclosed flower garden, neat decoration, complete amenities as well as for the comfort of its bedding. This cottage is good for families (with kids), small groups of friends, and couples. It is also suitable for remote work.

The house is on the waterfront, on the Cote Sauvage de Quiberon. It is part of a condominium of 6 terraced houses. It benefits from a South exposure, an enclosed private garden, a terrace where you can have lunch while watching the sea. You also have access to the large shared garden and parking. The large Quiberon Beach is 800 m away. You will also find all the local shops.
