The apartment is located on a hillside with beautiful views of the Rhine Valley and the Swiss mountains. It is 60 m², has a covered terrace and a small garden. Bregenz is in the immediate vicinity (2 km) and is easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle or on foot. Since the highway is nearby and we are located on a slope, you can hear the traffic when you sit in the garden. Otherwise hardly any cars drive directly past the house as we are the second-to-last house in a cul-de-sac.

Shops, restaurants, cafes, the world-famous Kunsthaus, the Theater am Kornmarkt, the Vorarlbergmuseum and the lake are within a 2-minute walk. It is a 3-minute walk to the Pfänderbahn valley station. Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. * Skiing / biking / hiking / swimming * The house with garden and pool (seasonal) offers a sensational view over the Rhine Valley to the Swiss mountains. It can accommodate 6-7 people. Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.
