We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Glenelg. The cottage was as described. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the spectacular views from the garden and every window. Murdoch rang on our arrival which was lovely and we knew we could contact him if needed.

The perfect home to base your trip to Skye. Superbly looked after and updated, the property combines an authentic crofting experience, modern comforts and a fabulous view. We brought our EV to Skye for the first time. There are good options for public charging including one at the nearby An Crubh. If thinking of bringing an EV, I strongly recommend getting a Chargeplace Scotland rifid card beforehand. The website says to order 10 working days in advance. As mobile connections aren't always strong in various locations in Skye, particularly at An Crubh, charging using the rifid card works when your usual bank card might not.

Fantastic stay, the hut surpassed expectations. The hut is cosy with lots of lovely little touches. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with equipment, wood burner was lovely and plenty of wood was provided. Location is stunning, incredibly peaceful and lots of walks from the doorstep.

We have had a wonderful stay at Sandra's place, the location is dreamy with the cutest neighbourhood you can wish for! The view from the bay is astounding! The cottage itself is very well equipped and comfortable. We are now dreaming of coming back!
