Nice apartment with a lovely view of the ocean. Overall a nice place. The main attraction to this place is the host, who is extremely responsive, super helpful, will get you anything you need. For example, Our rice cooker was not working and she had a new one at our door within 10 minutes. Really superb hospitality.

We had such a great stay at Lyn’s apartment - the place was very clean and in a great location. We would absolutely stay again!

We only had a couple of nights in La’s apartment. It suited our needs, close to the beach, restaurants and the night market. La provided great recommendations. Communication was brilliant. We ate out for the duration of your stay, we didn’t cook so can’t comment. But all the crockery/cutlery were stored in closed containers for cleanliness. Water pressure was good even when both showers were in use. Thank you La.

We enjoyed our stay here at Dom's Residence. The area is walking distance from the beach, and there are plenty of decent places to eat nearby. When we arrived, we had some minor cleaning issues, but Dom was responsive and sent someone to address the problems right away. Overall, the place was great for getting work done, doing laundry, ordering food, and just regrouping before traveling again. Exactly what I needed to recharge the batteries.

Everything was around the accommodation, so it was very comfortable. The accommodation was also clean and perfect. I'll use it again next time. Luggage storage is possible, and the barbecue party on the rooftop was an unforgettable memory. The refrigerator, sink, speaker, jacuzzi, etc. on the rooftop were very good.

I had a wonderful stay in Da Nang! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—right across the beach, walkable to all the the restaurants and local stores with a beautiful city view from the balcony. Highly recommend booking this property!

I had a small issue during my first night because it was new, and the owner personally came over to check the room. While inspecting, she also noticed that the air conditioning was making too much noise. To ensure my comfort, she immediately moved me to another room and even helped transfer my belongings. By the next morning, the issue was fully resolved, and I was able to move back to my original room, which had been cleaned thoroughly just as if it were being prepared for a new guest. The level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. The host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, putting themselves in the customer’s shoes. If you ever have any concerns, just let her know—she’ll take care of it right away. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and hospitality!

Great apartment and location. The only thing I will mention is the charge for use of the roof top pool. It is 100,000 per person per visit. So if you go three times a day it is expensive. This is not the fault of the rental but suggest a fixed day rate should be implemented.
