We enjoyed our stay here at Dom's Residence. The area is walking distance from the beach, and there are plenty of decent places to eat nearby. When we arrived, we had some minor cleaning issues, but Dom was responsive and sent someone to address the problems right away. Overall, the place was great for getting work done, doing laundry, ordering food, and just regrouping before traveling again. Exactly what I needed to recharge the batteries.

We loved the home, it was exactly as shown in the photos. The overall atmosphere was very cozy and homely. We definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a place in Da Nang

Staying at Hai's place was a treat, the neighborhood was great. the bugs and amenities could use some work but with plenty of things around we were still comfortable. Hai was extremely responsive and was a great host. I would recommend his place with some good bug spray at bay (thanks minimart!)

I had a wonderful stay in Da Nang! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—right across the beach, walkable to all the the restaurants and local stores with a beautiful city view from the balcony. Highly recommend booking this property!

I stayed with family and it was perfect sea facing apartment. Washing machine and kitchen made the place feel like home . Thankyou guys

Duoc and his team esp Linh and Trinh made sure that my stay is flawless. I was lucky enough to find this place and booked it for a couple of days and I could say during my stay, I felt like I was only at home. They are always on top of everything and always responds fast. The building is not new, but the whole experience from check-in until check-out, it was smooth and proactive. If you're planning for a long stay, I would definitely recommend staying here (plus points for a very private and peaceful neighborhood if you hate loud noises like me).
