Monthly Rentals in Lo Yung

Great place to stay for the 1.5 months we spent there. Nice view of the sunset and jungle (from the 6th floor), everything you need is provided (hairdryer, dishes, bed linen). You can live without Baika, 15-20 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to super cafe Naina, 10 min walk to 7-Eleven. In 6 weeks, the bill for utilities came to 2600 baht for two people, we almost always turned on the air conditioning when we were home. The host responds promptly and quickly to messages and requests (there were minor breakdowns of the washing machine, stove, but everything was repaired within an hour). Excellent quiet stay in a quiet village with a beautiful beach almost without people, and nearby you can walk through the jungle and forest nearby. To go to the city/entertainment/ports you need to take a taxi or bike. Thank you!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay in an Accessible & Cozy Villa We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Phuket! As a wheelchair user, I often find it challenging to travel, but this apartment was a pleasant surprise—completely accessible and thoughtfully designed. From smooth entryways to a spacious layout, everything was easy to navigate. The condo itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient for us getting to the airport at the end ofour stay. It’s not always easy to find places that feel like home and cater to accessibility needs, but this one truly did. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming space!

room well planned, every open slot has insect grid. the owner is helpful i could store my lugguage between the stays. The desk is fine to do some work on the Laptop. the cushions and blankets are soft, the Shower offers warm water if you want. the yachthaven left features open but classy western restaurants, some shops with limited stuff and a laundry service overnight.

We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.
