Vacation rentals with lake access in Llŷn Peninsula

Jonny and Sarah’s place was exactly as described. Absolutely stunning view and loved waking up to the view in the mornings. Felt like home away from home. Loved how thoughtful they are to provide coffee, tea, sugar and cocoa. Also a wonderful Tassimo coffee machine with coffee provided. We ate out all of our meals but it has everything you need to cook your own meals. I want to say a special thank you as my senior parents had a hard time in the shower they found it slippery and Jonny and Sarah provided non slip mats the very next morning. They also provided toiletries, shampoo etc which was amazing. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay again if we travel back to the area.

We stayed for a weekend with family, it’s a great place for a large party. The property is modern and has a great kitchen and dining area for everyone to sit at. The house is clean and modern and the hot tub is lovely to relax in after a day of hiking. There is plenty of parking and the property is located a short walk from shops and restaurants which is a great feature.

What a lovely, cosy and quirky cottage! We loved the shabby chic-ness and the eclectic mix of furniture - so unusual!! Check in was so easy and Lynne & Paul very flexible as hosts - we thought the added "extras" on our arrival such as wild flowers in most rooms, a pint of milk in the fridge, eggs on the table and a cake to welcome us were gestures that made our arrival even more welcoming. The kitchen was a beautiful sun trap and a really great place to sit and chat/relax. We loved the coal burner as it made the cottage seems really cosy in the evening especially as it was raining! If you want rural Wales but within striking distance of all the amenities, this is the place to go - really friendly hosts, really unique, clean and tidy cottage.

There was 8 adults in our group, we found the property spacious and more than adequate for us. The large dining table was a hit, great for playing games, cards etc plenty of room for us all to sit and eat. The large lounge was also a great space. Beds were comfortable. The shower in the main bathroom is amazing especially after a long hike. The location was great only a 10 minute walk to the Llanberis path. All in all a great place to stay for a large group.

Great location, perfect if you have young kids!

Fantastic property in great location and top host. Property is spacious and well provisioned , everything works and kitchen is stocked with basics like foil and paper towels etc we hosted 13 for dinner easily. Location wise it was perfect loads of amenities close by and the lake in llanberis is fantastic, the mountains with all they offer are a short drive or use the Sherpa bus park just 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place is spacious and light with high ceilings and gorgeous view over the lake. Great that the garden was fully enclosed for our dogs and also to have the fields going down to the lake for them to have a run about in. Lisa the owner was super lovely and helpful too. Great location for beaches and Rhosneigr as it’s all walkable or a short drive. We will definitely book again there soon.

Fantastic apartment with wonderful views. We took our 3 year old and 3 month old children, alongside our 2 dogs and had a wonderful time. The enclosed big back garden was really helpful with the dogs, and was also a sun trap. Aberdovey is a little hilly when you turn off the seafront, so bear this in mind as the entrance to the apartment is on a side street, we managed fine. The apartment itself was great, but literary being over the road from the beach, we generally only ate and slept there. Highly recommend. This is the second time we have stopped in Aberdovey and we will be back again. Once you go 400m down the beach from the centre, the dogs are allowed to roam free all year round.

The accommodation had absolutely everything that we needed. I forgot my shower essentials and was pleased to find everything I needed in the bathroom. Very comfortable with fantastic views. Highly recommended.

The apartment is finished to a lovely standard. It’s fresh, modern and beautifully maintained with a lovely rustic feel. Everything we needed was there. The things we used, such as crockery, towels and the kitchen appliances were good quality items. Overall, we enjoyed everything about our stay.

You couldn’t want a more perfect location than Grady’s it’s literally at the start of the high street with the harbour a 1 minute walk . Grady’s place had everything you’d need for a home from home stay .. we found it spotlessly clean and fresh . Grady was a great host very responsive.. we will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Sandra and Geoff were great hosts. Excellent and speedy communication at all times, and Geoff met me at the property to show me around and give me some useful tips and info about staying in Llanberis etc. The apartment was lovely and roomy, and perfectly placed right in the centre of the town so we could walk everywhere easily including to the Llanberis Path to take us up Yr Wyddfa. A great weekend, and great apartment to explore from. Thank you!

Ideally situated in the middle of Llanberis parking permit included if you needed to leave car during the day free on road parking outside that flat for overnight which we mostly nice spacious flat with comfortable beds Iona was extremely helpful

A spacious flat with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms and a very comfortable lounge. This property is in a great location with all the local amenities on the doorstep. Easy to find and easy to park. An ideal base to the beautiful North-West Wales. Gwen was friendly and helpful and a good communicator. A great few days away :-)

Wonderful but brief stay. Perfect host with great local knowledge of restaurants and the area. Really flexible and very helpful. Accommodation was just what we need to sleep before an early start and wash after a climb. Very comfortable clean and great value. Thank you.

Had a lovely stay peaceful and had everything that was needed

Went for my mums 60th, we had the most incredible time. Felt right at home, especially with the lovely welcome basket. Place is very private and secluded, surrounded by nature. We would love to come back again soon! thank you so much for everything, we just loved our stay 💕

An absolute gem nestled in the beautiful land of Wales! Incredible views, vibes and hosts! A lovely birthday weekend spent staying here :)

The cottage is lovely. The wild meadow garden is really good and great to sit and relax by. It was great to see the tawny owl as a regular visitor. All facilities in the cottage were great. The bed is massive and very comfy. Steve is a great host. He was very responsive to any questions asked. He’s very welcoming and approachable and very interested in making sure our visit was the best it could be. We are very interested in wildlife and Steve was very knowledgeable about all of it. He was able to guide us to places we had not seen before and what to look out for whilst we were there. The location is central so ideal for visiting any part of the island. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

Sam’s cottage is one of the best places we have stayed. A perfect mix of beautiful location and gorgeous cozy cottage vibes with a kids room to die for (bunks with tvs, wired in headphones, led lights etc). Not only is the cottage exactly as you need but Sam goes out of her way to add personalised welcome touches and has been fantastic at communicating through out. Honestly can’t fault this one and highly recommend!

Returning after 20+years & what a transformation- beautifully decorated cottage. Really well equipped & views to die for (even in the rain). Loved walking from the cottage, catching the steam train from the village & a great pub for food. Really enjoyed the log burner after returning from a wet walk. It was perfect for us.
