Good apartment, it complied with what was posted, the place was clean and we felt very comfortable. A 20-minute walk from downtown and steps from several places to eat, the concierges are very friendly. As a point to check the hot water in the shower, it takes time to leave what is unfriendly with the environment by having to leave it running for a few minutes. Another good point is that they had amenities like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, tollas and bedding were in perfect condition. Very good communication with the host. In short, an excellent place to rest.

Fantastic apartment and great view. Very comfortable and spotless cleaning. We were in a couple and two small children and the space was very good providing comfort for all. Spend the late afternoon drinking wine on the balcony and looking at the lake will be one of the great things you will do in this apartment. Indico very much and I am sure that whoever comes would be very pleased.

Maria Eliana's apartment is just like the photos. Super comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake and volcano. We could see a beautiful sunrise from the window. It's super comfortable because the parking is covered and the entrance to the apartment is by elevator, which makes it very convenient if you have a lot of luggage. It has a 24-hour front desk with very friendly people. Maria Eliana is always attentive to our needs. She allowed us to check out a little later, which was great for us to see Puerto Varas clear since we had 2 days of rain. We loved the apartment, although it is not super close to the center, it is in front of the lake in an area with many restaurants and the walk to the center is beautiful! Thank you very much for everything We recommend it and hope to come back soon!

Pedro and his partner, they welcomed us in a very nice and cordial way. We felt at home with their welcome, they had a detail included to eat and maps with tourist places, Don pedro told us how to get to his apartment, which helped us too much, to get to the destination, the bathroom was shiny, kitchen and living room with everything equipped and the bedroom had everything to sleep pleasantly. Connectivity near the apartment, restaurants, and supermarkets, which makes it much easier when you need something. Thank you very much Don Pedro and your lady for everything🩷✨️✨️!!

Our stay was very good , the house fully complies, very nice surroundings, good games room, good beds , well equipped in general . Jorge is always available for any problems or concerns . Don José and Teresita are very friendly and the pan amasado that they make is very good Highly recommended to go and enjoy with the family and go to rest

A fantastic place, the cabin is very cozy, it has everything to spend a very comfortable stay, we had an incredible time and the dream place. Martín very worried, Angela and Alexis who welcomed us in the place always very attentive and kind, Definitely 10 of 10!

The place is nice and quiet. Minutes away from Frutillar but if you want something closer, this is not the place. Ideal to enjoy a few days of relaxation, with all the amenities offered. We were a little difficult to get there, I think the directions can be improved. Suitable for pets with an extra charge 👌 The place was clean, although it was missing in some places but nothing terrible. One of the rooms had 2 armored beds instead of 3, which Manuela accessed once she was able to see the message to put it together quickly😉. If you want all 3 beds, please give the notice to be ready. WiFi works great. The house is comfortable and cute. The shower has little water pressure🥹 It has a washer and dryer, ideal for renovating clothes if you have been traveling for a while🙏 We couldn't get to know the common space where the games were and quincho, by time. If you are going with another family group or friends, there is only one exit control for the gate, which can be uncomfortable.

Excellent, nothing to say, a comfortable place where its landscapes leave a lot to be dazzled, its kittens, its very pleasant environment. It was a pleasure to stay at Macarena's place! The house is very nice and everything is very neat and new with all the amenities we needed for our stay. It is a very quiet accommodation in which you can really rest and the one that makes you want to arrive after a long day. Her kindness and superior attention was always available to us to resolve any need that arose from us. And the other excellent host was her dog who came to welcome us every time we arrived. It's definitely a place I'd love to go back to!
