Monthly Rentals in Llanos Costa

This is a great property with a lot close by (short car ride- beaches, restaurants, etc). Surrounding the house is a lovely large yard with two hammocks, all perfect for kids to run around. It is very quiet (for puerto rico!). The house is simple and has most everything needed. The kitchen was a little limited for cooking. Doris was very helpful getting us tons of local recommendations to make our stay so enjoyable. She was very welcoming to my young children (sadly not always the norm on airbnb).

very secure and quiet, loved the decor, nice supplies for the beach we hiked to the lighthouse and to the beach twice. the pool was very kid friendly. Combate had good restaurants and the bakery by the grocery store had excellent coffee! the air conditioners were nice and quiet but there was a nice breeze so they weren't needed all the time. it was nice relaxing on the balcony. we would stay again.

Alex was probably the best host we’ve ever had, and his home was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, with quite a few nice extra touches: separate towels we could take to the beach, games for the kids, a cooler, a basket full of snacks on the kitchen counter, etc. We had some trouble with power outages— we knew this can be a problem in PR— but Alex was so quick to respond to our questions, offer help, and keep us updated. He also gave us multiple local recommendations that proved helpful. The outdoor space was so enjoyable too. I loved the outdoor lighting around the pool, the outdoor shower was a bonus, and my kids had a blast in the pool itself. We just left today, and my kids are already talking about staying at “Alex’s house” again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The space itself was spacious, clean, and had so many little touches to make you feel right at home! Close to several local spots but still private enough that you could sit outside and enjoy the outdoor space in peace. The hosts were extremely friendly and responsive not only giving lots of local recommendations but also checking in with us immediately by phone when we had a question upon check-in. We would gladly visit again!
