!NEW! Birch Banc Retreats - Pen-Rhiw

Absolutely beautiful scenery, the outdoor hot tub was amazing!! Check-in was super easy and flexible. The hosts even left us milk, chips and cake! Everything was clean and well-maintained. We also loved getting to see the sheep in the morning. Not having wifi can be good but also was really difficult as we missed an email notifying us that our puffin cruise was cancelled which we then drove 3 hours to see, only to realise that it was cancelled. It also meant that we were unable to plan our routes from the accommodation

Idyllic cabin with hot tub (1)

We had a wonderful stay at Cari’s cabin in Wales! The place was spotless on arrival, and Cari provided clear, thoughtful instructions for everything, which made settling in really easy. The cabin itself is cosy and well laid out — the double bed and sofa bed worked perfectly for my wife and our two little ones (both under 3). The highlight was definitely the view over the green valley — absolutely stunning — and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. Peaceful, relaxing, and just what we needed. We’ll definitely be back again soon. Thank you, Cari!

Had such a good stay at this lovely cottage! Location was great to explore various towns and also not far from the Dol Idris car park for Cadair Idris which was a great walk. Check in instructions were clear and easy and the cottage was spotless upon arrival. Rwth is a great host, definitely recommend :)

Lavender Cwtch

WendyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I had a lovely overnight stay at Jayne's gorgeous Lavender Cwtch. I wish I could have stayed longer. There were some lovely touches like a continental breakfast basket and a bow tied round the flannel with a chocolate and a little bottle of wine. Caroline was very friendly and so was her husband. The bed was comfortable and the shower great. Nice outside seating area, the birdsong was amazing! A lovely little hideaway. Will definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at Ali and Gareth’s place! Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice—the space is even more beautiful, cozy, and welcoming in person. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully put together, with lovely design touches that made it feel special. The location was peaceful and ideal for relaxing, and the home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Ali and Gareth were fantastic hosts—kind, responsive, and respectful of privacy. Their attention to detail stood out. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’d love to return!
