Nice newer house in pleasant Ljusnedal that has a village feel. Cross-country ski trails and snowmobile trails run just outside the house. In summer, several nice hiking and cycling trails start a couple of hundred meters from the house. Good fishing and swimming facilities. Here you have a calm and relaxing environment with proximity to many leisure activities. 5 km to Funäsdalen with shops and restaurants as well as ski slopes. Within a 30-minute drive, there are several places with cross-country and downhill skiing in winter and cycling and hiking trails in summer.

With 500 meters to Eriksgårdens Fjällhotell and 800 meters to Coop, there are restaurants, food and entertainment within walking distance. The cross-country ski trail passes over the plot and directly from the yard you can get out on nice snowmobile trails. Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. The apartment is next door to the Gyllene Bocken inn. The inn is currently closed. However, there is the newly opened café & pub in Prästgården, just 500 meters away, which is recommended. In summer there are hiking and biking trails as well as golf course and fishing of various kinds right outside the door. Wintertime cross-country and scooter tracks as well. If you jump in the car you have 5 minutes to Funäsdalsberget and another five facilities within a 30 min drive.
