Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Rental part in beach villa 30 m at Kalvsjön's eastern side, which gives a beautiful sunset. A nice beach in the summer with a lakeside sauna. Ice fishing or cross-country skiing in the winter. 13 km from central Järvsö, where, for example, Järvzoo and Järvsö mountain bike park/alpine slalom hill are located. The accommodation is a private basement, the host lives on the upper floor. There is kitchenware, a kitchenette and coffee maker as well as a fireplace. High ceilings and large lovely areas for socializing both indoors and outdoors with a furnished terrace in three directions, at the same time comfortably furnished with 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, sauna, smart TV, and WiFi. Ski/bike storage right at the entrance and a drying room with a washing machine and dehumidifier where you can set and dry all equipment. This is the upper apartment with loft.

The house is about 5 km from the E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even a microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available, but sheets and towels are to be brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and WiFi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to use. In summer, there is also a heated pool. Additional accommodation in a large apartment can also be rented.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cabin close to nature.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from the community. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest begins, and a river flows next to the cottage. There is a cozy barbecue area where you can cook food over an open fire, or just enjoy the fire. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the town of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cabin.
