Warm welcome to our cozy, cottage in a semi-detached house (2023) with loft and electric car charger in Bruksvallarna. This space can accommodate 7+1–2 guests. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome . The house is located 200 meters from the cross-country tracks and a 7 minute walk to the grocery store, sports shop, ski stadium. Well-equipped house with floor heating, 2 bedrooms, loft, 2 sofa groups, 2 bathrooms, sauna, TV, fireplace, drying cabinet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, wifi (300 kbps). You can choose to have cleaning done onsite for an additional SEK 250, or to purchase cleaning for SEK 2,200 in advance, before any RUT (income tax) deductions.

With stunning views of Stugusjøen, you can enjoy a delicious meal at the cottage's spacious dining table, or outside on the terrace on a warm day. The cabin is located with direct access to ski slopes and hiking trails, depending on the season. Here you get nature right in! There are hares under the porch, and you can wake up to reindeer outside the door. It's a little adventure, here you really get the peace.

Newly built cottage in a quiet environment. Close to Downhill skiing (about 40 km to Åre, about 20 km to Storlien) Close to fishing waters such as Handöl and Gevsjön. Close to various hiking trails such as Jämtlandstriangeln and Blåhammaren. Proximity to mushroom/berry picking. From the cottage area, you can see Storsnasen. Barrier into the cottage area where the cottage is located. Possibility of parking for several cars outside the cottage. Your own firewood may be brought for possible heating of the stove. Also, bring your own bed linens/towels.

Brunkulla II

When you need to get back to your roots and live close to nature! Moose and reindeer do not care about property boundaries and may well visit! In Brunkulla II, you live both primitively and comfortably - you fetch water in the basin, you get hot water by heating on the stove - you yourself get warm by carrying the water bucket up the hill! If you want to get really warm, you can take a wood-fired sauna with a portable shower. The cottage has three beds - 1x120cm, 2x90cm and is heated with electricity and/or wood stove! Close to the mountain range!

The cabin by Storån

Welcome to this unique and tranquil accommodation right by Storån. A wonderful place for the nature lover. Private jetty available for the bathing enthusiast. There is also a fireplace by the river where you can barbecue and enjoy the view. The accommodation consists of a smaller log cabin which, despite its size, has most amenities. If you're lucky, you can see the otter catch fish while you're eating breakfast. Storån is a popular place for fly fishing. Five minutes walk from the cabin, you have a large, nice sandy beach at Ottsjön.

Welcome to the warmth. Relax with the whole family in our cozy mountain cabin. Two bedrooms, loft with 4 beds, bathroom, hall, kitchen, living room and private sauna. Here you get a fantastic view of the mountain expanses and the magical Sonfjället. About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter vacation. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By, which has all the necessary services all year round. Charging box from Zaptec at 11 kW, price per KwH according to agreement. Type 2 cable is available.

Small cozy cottage in Storsjö Kapell.

Small cottage of 22 sqm, about 30 meters from Storsjön beach. Located at the end of the road and no permanent neighbors. TV, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, and fully equipped kitchen. No incoming water, but you can get it in the lake or in the basement of the neighboring house. Stove and access to firewood available. No direct drain but you can pour water into the sink Outhouse/outdoor toilet.

Relax after a ski trip in the mountains in this lovely mountain cabin with a large terrace and views of Rödfjället. The hand-timbered cottage offers a wood-burning fireplace and sauna and is perfectly located in Tänndalen with cross-country ski trails, snowmobiles, bicycles and hiking trails behind the house. Nice fishing and swimming opportunities in the area and about 10 minutes' drive to Funäs village and Tänndalen's downhill skiing.
