Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The house was completed in 2021 with a shower and washing machine. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/ freezer. A smaller bedroom on the lower floor as well as a sleeping loft upstairs with 2x160 beds. Upstairs with an open plan, there is a sofa as well as a TV with Apple TV. The house includes a porch under roof with dining table and armchairs. In the front of the house there is a gravel entrance with a cafe table and chairs as well as a table for breakfast in the morning sun.

The beach at Fridhem is only a 5-minute walk away and barely two kilometers north you will find the children's favorite, Kneippbyn. Vitvikens havsbad ligger 1 km bort, där finns det restauranger, kaffe, paddel minigolf. Stranden är även hundvänlig. Inom 30 km finns det MTB spår, samt fina vandringsleder. Närmaste samhälle Slite är det 8 km till, där finns det apotek, mataffärer, systembolag och restauranger. Vill man åka till Visby så ligger de 35 km bort.

Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Huset på 40 kvm är fullt utrustat för självhushåll, har året runt standard med värmeslingor i betonggolvet. Trevlig uteplats med matgrupp, grill, solstolar och solsängar. 5 km till flygplats och golfbana, 3 km till Själsö bageri, 300 m till Krusmyntagården m restaurang och butik, 200 m till sandstrand och allmän badplats. Det finns 2 enkla cyklar att låna. Välkomna!

18th century house at Stenstu manor

Unwind in this unique and harmonious 18th century home. The southern wing of Stenstu Herrgård has been recently restored and renovated. The limestone walls provide a calm and the new fully equipped kitchen makes the time off easy. Here you hang out in a beautiful, rural and secluded environment both inside and outside. Stenstu farm in Västerhejde dates back to the 13th century, located next to Västerhejde church and only 7 km south of Visby. It's a limestone dream close to most things.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km. Omgivningarna, ljuset, himlen – speciellt stjärnorna på natten- ”Vintergatan”.
