While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Wir haben in diesem wunderschönen Haus eine traumhafte Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es liegt auf einem großen, gepflegten Grundstück in ruhiger Lage, perfekt zum Entspannen und dennoch nah an der bezaubernden Stadt Rovinj. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Sie hatten auch tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch abwechslungsreicher gemacht haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Erholung in Istrien suchen!

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Cosy, comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, ideally situated for exploring Pula, Fazana and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay here and Sanja was an ideal host: friendly, helpful and with lots of useful recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, etc.

We had a really nice stay in the b&b from Marko & Natasha. For our children and us was a lot of entertainment available like music, games and so on. Marko was also helpful and did some good recommendations. In short; it was perfect!

An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

Wraz z rodziną spędziliśmy wakacje w domu Sajka. Okolica cicha położona z dala od centrum, przydatny samochód. Dom czysty, łóżka wygodne, kuchnia z pełnym- dosłownie -wyposażeniem. Wielkość basenu wystarczająca, by się schłodzić, bawić, pływać (gl. ok 1,5m). Właścicielka nieobecna w trakcie pobytu, w dniu naszego przyjazdu i wyjazdu także. W trakcie pobytu do wyjazdu wszyscy byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, niestety 2 dni po powrocie do domu właścicielka pokazała swoje oblicze. Jej żądania wysłane za pośrednictwem tej aplikacji dot. zapłaty ponad 7500,00 zł. za rzekomo wyłamany uchwyt plastikowy, kropki, plamki na płytkach wyssane są z kosmosu. Na marginesie: Kto to wyceniał??? Pozostał niesmak. Moja rada: spisujcie protokół przekazania i oddania domu. Ocena domu: 5+ Ocena właściciela: 1

Io e 2 miei amici abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell’appartamento e visitato tutta l’isola. Avendo il parcheggio riservato non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a parcheggiare l’auto vicino a casa. L’appartamento è super, con tavolo fuori coperto e orto da cui poter raccogliere tutti gli ortaggi freschi e delizioso curati da Goran, il proprietario. Goran è una persona d’oro, sempre disponibile, senza di lui la nostra vacanza non sarebbe stata così unica. Grazie Goran!

Das Navi hat uns leider an eine andere Adresse geschickt aber wir wurden sofort dort abgeholt!! Parkplatz gibt es vor dem Haus oder in der Seitengasse. Alles war sehr sauber und genügend Handtücher usw vorhanden. Es gab sogar extra noch Decken und Polster im Schrank. Putzmittel, Besen, Gewürze und Haarfön auch vorhanden! Klares Puls war die Waschmaschine im Bad!!! Handtücher vom Baden konnte man auf dem Balkon aufhängen. Da die Wohnung im 1 Stock ist, ist es praktisch, dass man im EG Platz für Wagerl usw hat. Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht nur so einen kleinen Espresso Dings 😉 Wir haben aber unsere eigene mitgebracht. Klimaanlage gibt es auch und funktioniert auch super. Die Rollos an den Fenstern waren super zum abdunkeln zwecks schlafen! Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch ist man wirklich in 5 Minuten am Strand - der Weg geht durch einen kleinen Wald aber ist asphaltiert (Stufen vorhanden)! Super nette Gastgeber! Sehr gerne wieder!

Oliver is an absolutely amazing host! From the moment we booked, he was always reachable and quick to respond to any questions, making everything so easy. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay—even staying up late to check us in when we arrived in the middle of the night. His kindness and willingness to help with anything made us feel truly welcome. If you're looking for a host who genuinely cares and is always there when you need him, Oliver is the best choice. Super Preis Leistung! Genau wie erwartet

Het verblijf van Igor heeft alle verwachtingen overtroffen. Voor dit geld heb je je eigen tiny house met tuintje. We waren ook erg blij met de wasmachine. De locatie is vlak bij de haven met leuke bar en restaurants op loopafstand. Het oude centrum van Pula ligt op ongeveer een half uur lopen wat voor ons prima was. Kiezelstrand op loopafstand. De communicatie met Igor wad makkelijk en hij reageert snel snel. Wij hadden pech met de auto en Igor was gelukkig erg flexibel met aankomst en vertrek tijden. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Casa molto carina e funzionale, due ampie camere e aria condizionata per i momenti più caldi, spazio esterno. Tutto molto comodo, un po’ faticosa verso la fine della vacanza la salita a casa con i bambini, in orario di pranzo, ma comunque tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Zorica ed Ivo sono stati sempre molto gentili e hanno avuto pazienza di dedicare sempre un momento ai nostri bambini e a noi, la vera differenza della casa sono i loro proprietari! Consiglio l’alloggio.

Veškeré infoermace a foto odpovídaly skutečnosti. Stav dětských herních prvků na zahradě odpovídal popisu v recenzích, což je škoda, protože jsme měli s sebou 2letého synka. Avšak v obci Vinkuran jsou i veřejná hřiště. Jinak apartmán je velmi dobře a prakticky vybaven, zejm. vybavení kuchyně je velmi dobré pro přípravu pokrmů. Byli jsme spokojeni. Komunikace s hostitelem byla promtní a efektivní.

Wir haben die Unterkunft für unseren Radurlaub in Kroatien gebucht. Dafür bot uns die Wohnung die perfekte Unterkunft. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre welcher abseits von der Straße liegt steht zur Verfügung. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es eine nette Sitzecke. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Ana stand und immer zur Verfügung wenn wir etwas benötigten.
