The bear's barn, an old barn renovated into a charming little 60 m² accommodation (surrounded by barns), arranged as a duplex, furnished and equipped with all the necessities for the proper functioning of your stay. Located in a quiet hamlet, close to the RN145 and La Souterraine 10 minutes away with all its amenities. 2min away, the Etang de la Grande Cazine for fishing and walks. Independent access, and terrace with large garden.

A country house next to ours in a calm and peacefull situation surrended by nature. An independante entry with a private garden fully enclosed and a place to park your car. Once inside, you enter in the saloon with a fully equiped opened kitchen. You'll get a bedroom with a two people's bed, a bathroom with a bathtube and toilets. To finish, a mezzanine with a two people's bed a a desk corner. English TV available.
