Beautiful rental. All rooms were spacious. My family was able to hangout in their own area and the living room was perfect for sitting together to watch movies. The neighborhood was very quiet and I felt safe walking our dog. Off-street was perfect. The house's location is perfect to access all highways. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked last minute after a horrible experience at a different place. William responded immediately even though it was after 8 pm. The apartment was clean, parking on the street was available, safe neighborhood, and just a few blocks walk to the train to NYC. There was a playground across the street for the kids as well. Highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city.

Alex was an extremely responsive and helpful host. My friend and I were in town for a weekend for a wedding. Montclair is a beautiful city with so many things to do but also not too far to access the city (40 minutes) if you would like to make a day trip. Alex's place made for a relaxing stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Cute place! Super comfortable bed and very home feeling! Bathroom had a heat lamp and that was nice to have! Also really appreciated the clear instructions on how to access the house!

My boyfriend and I stayed here after our prom and it was absolutely fantastic! Not only were they very reliable when we needed anything and in general but the place itself was spotless and definitely worth every cent I paid. If you want to book a Airbnd that is spacious and overall stunning I would definitely recommend you stay here. Will definitely be coming back soon😊

First, the property is located in an upscale neighborhood. Location, location, location. It's walkable to Whole Foods and several restaurants. You see people walking their dogs, some jogging and others just out for a stroll in this tree-lined neighborhood of historic homes. We stayed in the second floor that had one king bed and, there was another bedroom with a queen. The second floor is spacious and decorated as depicted in the photos. The living room has a large screen TV with a comfortable safe. The dining room has a large dining room table. The yard is well landscaped with beautiful plants and flowers. Off-street parking behind the home is available. Overall, it's just a wonderful and relaxing place. As mentioned, in an earlier review the water pressure is slightly weak. Sherry is a 5-star host. She offered to get anything we needed upon arrival. Highly recommand and we'll certainly will be back.

My friend and I came to town to catch a NWSL game in Harrison. This spot was perfect! Walkable to the arena and to Newark Penn. Katie is an amazing host! She was responsive and friendly and helped to make us feel welcome. Her place is beautiful and cool.

A great hostess that frequently checked in on our stay through text often. We really appreciated it all and the place itself was exactly how described! We didn’t have a single issue checking in, during our stay or checking out the entire process went smoothly and her being very communicative helped us out a ton. I would definitely recommend booking with her and look forward to staying again!

The place was beautiful and peaceful and the access to the lake with kayaks and paddle board was something I never knew I loved. We had a great time and made great memories. Will definitely be back!

The unit was exactly as shown in the photos. My partner and I were traveling from Toronto, and the entire process was made incredibly smooth from start to finish. An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

The apartment was wonderful, super cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We had an amazing time! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We asked a lot of questions, and he answered every single one with patience and care. This is truly a great example of how to treat guests. Our host Paula was extremely friendly and responsive. She responded to all my question and messages in a very timely manner, often within minutes. Everything was very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
