Great location for easy access to explore beautiful west Pennines moors or head into Manchester City centre for shopping by car or train. Irfan was on hand to deal with any questions and was very honest about the outdoor space being a work in progress in order to manage expectations.

We love to stay here when we come up to Formby. Feels so comfortable, well situated. The extra touches are very welcome. After our long journey, there are always nice things in the fridge for us to eat and drink on our arrival. John is there if you need any help, but it’s very much your private apartment while you are there. We now regard it as our ‘home’ in Formby.

Lovely place. Great for exploring the Chester area. Jo was super helpful and clear with instructions/recommendations. She was also really responsive and friendly. The place was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Really appreciate that toddlers/small children were thought of with the built in stair gates, highchair, travel cot, bath toys etc. Comfy beds and good shower pressure also! Would highly recommend this place and I think Jo is a brilliant host

lizzie was a wonderful host and communicated very well with me from the time I booked to during our stay, very warm and friendly, we came to Liverpool to watch the parade and were there during the horrific events that unfolded that day, but in the morning lizzie actually came up to is to ask if we were ok. would definitely stay here again!! thank you 😊

as a contractor all we want when working away from home is a home from home and this place is absolutely perfect! very spacious, own living area, bathroom, kitchenette, can't fault it one bit! 4 quid in a Uber if you fancy a few drinks and food in town center, perfect as simple as that 👌

Lovely, pristine and well appointed flat in a very convenient location. Short walk to Horwich centre, while in easy reach of Rivington Terraced Gardens, Rivington Pike and Two Lads. Great hosts.

Nice place, good location, nice people

Great location, waking distance from the Stadium, but in a very quiet neighborhood! The apartment is very nice and everything was spot clean; Francisco was helpful and responsive.

Jon is a great host, friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions, room was perfect for what we needed which was ultimately a bed for an early flight the next day, but it was also perfect to get into Liverpool centre as it's a 10 mins walk to the nearest station and then the metro was about 20mins so would be happy to stay here again even if it was for a weekend stay to see Liverpool. would happily recommend

Stayed the night at Danielle’s place and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easily accessible and very close to the city centre. The room itself was very nice with the rooms and the shared areas being very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

What a great place to stay, easy access into Liverpool city Centre, settled in the countryside in a great village with four different pubs two fantastic coffee houses within 5 minutes walk which are great for breakfast as well. Certainly will be coming back.

The is one of the best places I have stayed. Amazing host, not far from city centre, food places and supermarkets near by. The whole experience has been absolutely fantastic. Me and my friends can't wait to stay again. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Paul is an excellent host who is a very welcoming and friendly person. I enjoyed his company and his useful and interesting conversations.

I stayed for two nights and it was really easy to find and well connected to the centre of Liverpool (by bus it can take you 30 minutes or less). The host was really responsive and explained everything to me really fast by message. Clear instructions and the room/bathroom was like described and looked like on the pics. I didn’t use the other facilities since I only came to take a shower and sleep, cause most of my days were spent outside. If you open the window of the room, you can hear the surroundings, but it was usually a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Totally recommended for a one traveller like me!

Great little place, perfectly located for the Clwydian Range. Really clean and tidy and looks exactly like the pictures. Very warm during the cold spell too

Perfect Location would stay again

We had a fantastic time staying here, Barry and Marcia are the most wonderful hosts. The apartment itself was spotless, so well equipped with so many added extras that Barry and Marcia have gone above and beyond to provide in order to make us feel so welcome. Communication with Barry was great, right from booking, very responsive and friendly. We were welcomed so warmly, even carrying our bags to the apartment. Nothing was too much. If we’re ever in the area again, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else! Thank you both!

We had a fantastic stay, it was relaxing and peaceful. Great nights sleep! Decor was beautiful, my granddaughter loved the curtains and the mugs! Very clean! We met the chicken and guinea pig this morning! Thank you ❤️❤️
