Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Live Oak

The house was PERFECT for our graduation celebration with family and friends. All of the amenities were spot on - including the pool and hot tub, the size of the property with all of the trees, and the large kitchen, long island and spacious dining room. We were blessed with a beautiful orange sunset off the back of the deck which was the icing on the cake. I would definitely rent this house again.

This place was one of my favorite stays in San Antonio. Very clean with beautiful decor and an amazing hot tub. Definitely will stay here again.

A very nice place to stay for a night, as we did. Very clean! Easy instructions for everything we needed. The location was fairly close to the main place I was for most of the trip. Overall a very worthwhile place to stay.

The entire home was beautiful & the amenities were superb! Lots of things for the kids to do & they loved the pool! Highly recommend this place! He went above & beyond to make it feeling like home away from home! Couldn’t have been happier with all of it, everything was excellent!

Just an amazing place. It’s been a few years since we’ve been here, and it’s still perfect! The creek is a bonus, and travel time to downtown Cibolo was a nice drive. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved 🥰 staying in this home while in San Antonio. It was so peaceful and quiet because the house is made of brick. They also remodeled the inside and it’s gorgeous! It was super clean when we arrived. Their cleaning crew is top notch! The owners are really kind and quick to respond to anything we needed. We had a pleasant surprise in their large backyard. We saw a fox 🦊, skunk and red tail hawk who was enjoying the water fountain right by the kitchen table. We will definitely stay at this place again when we return to San Antonio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A good place with everything you need to spend a few days in San Antonio.

Highly recommend. Peaceful and serene. Beautiful space. Loved the front porch with rockers and a table and chairs. High ceilings, nice interior and very comfortable beds. Loved the friendly cats. Hope we will be fortunate enough to visit again. Hosts were very helpful, warm, and gracious. Thanks for letting us stay in your cottage.

This is our second stay at Susanne’s place and once again it did not disappoint. Easy check-in, a welcome baked tart upon arrival and available snacks and drinks. Comfy bedding and the location is 10/10. Easy walk to the Pearl District and close by St. Mary’s street for food and nightlife.

Very pleasant place to return to when the day is done! Very close to restaurants and other attractions. Great neighborhood and host.

We loved staying here on our family trip to San Antonio- it was perfect for our family- an 8 year old and toddler. The closet with pack and play was great to have and we loved being so close to the pool. The place itself is so close to all the sightseeing things- less than ten minutes from downtown/riverwalk. It had eveyrhting we needed in kitchen and bathroom and loved having the washer/dryer! Instructions and communication were superb!

A found a great place to stay while visiting my sister who lives in Helotes and was a perfect get away only about a mile away from her. The host's Bob and Patti were very gracious and very helpful. It's a perfect over the garage loft that has all you need in it. Very quite. Sky lights light up the room. Clean and clean smelling. I enjoyed my ten day vacation experience there, you will too.

Karen was very sweet and easy to work with. The cabin location was the perfect distance to the chandelier wedding venue!! I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Staying at The Maverick was a wonderful experience to celevrate our 2 year anniversary. Walking into the A frame cabin, we were just stunned with how it looked. It had the southern charm while still being modern. The patio looking out into the trees was amazing and the hammock was just the right touch to relax at night after a long day exploring new braunfels and going river tubing. The Maverick is nestled in the back of the property so it felt very private and instructions were really clear. They also provided loading wagons for us to walk from our car to the cabin. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay and would stay here again.

The cabin was beautiful and private. Everything was super clean and everything we needed was in the cabin. You can tell there was lots of love put into it. The hosts were very helpful. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! Everything was just as stated in the description..maybe better! The pool area is so nice, and the hot tub was perfect. We did encounter a few critters but I would say that's expected given the surroundings. Definitely make sure you wear sandals around the pool area .I almost stepped on a scorpion! We loved EVERYTHING about this place and would definitely come back and stay again.

Oh my goodness, Burning Creek was a dream! From 15 to 73, we all loved it. It was the perfect place to celebrate not one, but two birthdays! (Our family of 6 included 3 generations, and mom and son share a birthday.) It was also the perfect location to visit Texas Tubes for tubing, Wimberly for a romantic anniversary dinner, and the outlet mall. We loved our starlit swims and late night chats by the beautiful pool. We hope to come back soon!

I could go on and on about Ashley and Alan, after our short stay I feel like they are family now. They are so kind and respectful of privacy but also willing to chat and treat us with love and respect! Their space was cute and cozy and just what we needed for our trip, the bed was comfy and the bathroom is so cool with the waterfall sink. One of our favorite parts was the awesome hot tub we could relax in, even in the heat of May with almost 100° days the nights cooler down enough to enjoy a nice soak. Their place is close enough to many things so we would drive to surrounding towns to experience the hill country. We will absolutely be back and are already trying to plan a time to make that happen! I 100% recommend staying with them if you have the chance, you will leave blessed and refreshed. 💕

My only criticism is that, based on the location, I assumed we'd have direct access to a lake front view. If you squinted through the trees you could see the water. Rightfully so, the host had instructions about not roaming the grounds because of other units. We drove to a nearby trail that had access to trails by the lake but while we were there these trails were closed (not the hosts fault). We had a great time at this beautiful unit.

Loved the cabin! It was very cute and cozy. Lots of places nearby and the double deck was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to book another stay.
