Great apartment in a very good location, you can do anything on foot. There aren't enough stars (we would have given 10) to rate the warm welcome and kindness of the owners. A big thank you, we didn't lack anything, just like at home. Thank you for the addresses and tips. We'll be back to visit you soon, we hope.

We stayed here for a week and it was beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were very friendly and helpful as well as their lovely dogs and cats. The place had everything you needed for a great stay and the kitchen, bathroom and living areas were very clean. We had a lot of fun on the paddle board that Dino let us use for the stay. The area was stunning and peaceful and the beach only a couple minutes from the place. The nearby harbour side has a great choice of restaurants and a boat rental. We would definitely stay again!!

Very nice and modern apartment. The apartment is located directly on the beach, where there are plenty of opportunities to lie down. Kevin was super nice, courteous and very quick to reach with questions.

I had a wonderful stay in Srande! The location is absolutely perfect—right at the beginning of the Promenada, which made it so easy to enjoy walks, cafes, and the beautiful surroundings. The place was as described, great view, cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. A special thanks to the host, Khris, who was incredibly responsive and helpful—he replied to any questions within minutes! I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is well appointed, and the view can’t be beat. We used the shared rooftop space frequently, and we almost always had it to ourselves. The apartment is within walking distance of a handful of restaurants, a bakery, and a small grocery store. It’s a hike to and from the below beach area, but once you get there, it’s a perfect swimming spot. Complimentary cleaning was offered twice a week, so the place was always spotless. The parking area has a bit of an incline, so be cautious of your bumper.

VERY well decorated, clean and modern apartment. Everything we needed was available and the view was beautiful! Check-in was a bit confusing and involved a few flights of stairs, but the host sent pictures which was helpful. Parking is a free for all, but once you get a grasp on the area, not difficult. Close to a couple restaurants and walking distance to the Promenade where there are many more restaurants (20-30 minutes). Definitely an enjoyable stay!

The host was very easy to deal with and made the whole stay smooth and comfortable. We were welcomed by the host who showed us around, explained how everything worked, and where we could find what we needed. The location was great, with a lovely view that really lifted the experience. All in all, a fantastic experience - we felt well taken care of and would love to come back!

stayed here with my girlfriend and we had an amazing time in the apartment! The apartment itself is beautiful and very trendy! We loved the bedroom with the sea view, and the bed is one of the comfiest that we have ever slept in. The TV was perfect and we could access Netflix. The views from the balcony and front room were MAGNIFICENT! Lush ocean views. The kitchen area had lots of utensils and items for us to use, and the bathroom was nice and clean also. WIFI was perfect. The apartment is in a nice area right by the seafront. We had a local shop to go to and restaurants were all within a 5 minute walk. Really nice apartment, 5**** and we would love to stay again. The host Esben was very quick in response times and very helpful.

Fantastic host. Quick and helpful communication all the time, making the stay very easy and welcoming, the place was incredibly clean and completely furnished and equipped with everything from cups to towels to cards and games. 10/10.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Lorik and Leart's beautiful place in Sarande. The views were stunning and the location was unbeatable--close to great restaurants, beach clubs and bakeries. It was also an easy drive to other tourist attractions like the Blue Eye and Ksamil. Definitely recommend!

A nice compact 1 bed apartment above a former restaurant with amazing views of the sea and Ipsos, a nice friendly welcome awaited us too. It had air-conditioning in the lounge & bedroom which was welcoming as the nights got warmer. Large fridge/freezer, plenty of utensils and pots and pans. We did experience a drop in water pressure and temperature but it didn't last long and the rainforest shower was great . It has a cocktail bar just a few minutes away but the Beach and majority of bars & Restaurants were a 10-15 minute walk down hill to Ipsos but there was a supermarket a few minutes away with an amazing choice of food and drink. Though the hosts didn't speak much English, and us no greek they were friendly and we communicated well. Happy to stay again.

Awesome place with everything close by. The apartment had everything you need and more, so well equipped in all areas.

The place was exactly as adertised. Daniel was very responsive and even helped us with a rental car. Highly recommended!

The place was sparkling clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was truly wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Artin and his family were lovely hosts. There is plenty of privacy while it was also reassuring that his family was close by if needed. Artin brought us some delicious ripe figs our first morning there. A great place.

We stayed at the property for a week. This is quiet. We needed about 15 minutes walking to the beach. Here you will find many restaurants and shopping possibilities (e.g. supermarkets). There is the possibility to book a transfer from the airport to the accommodation. This costs €40 per trip. Everything worked perfectly. We were warmly welcomed and there is also the possibility to use a cleaning service to change the towels and linens. With the scooter, which I would recommend, the island is good and quick to explore. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely recommended! Stylish and lovingly furnished accommodation. You have to drive a few minutes to the nicer beaches and restaurants, but that doesn't matter. The hot tub is great! ☺️

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting. It exceeded my expectations. We felt very at home. It had everything we needed - toiletries, towels, dishwashing tablets, soap etc which I didn’t expect. The location is PERFECT. Near the beach and next to the best restaurant. Altogether a wonderful apartment and friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you. Will recommend it to friends. 😊
