Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

My partner and I recently stayed in the Totnes area and we stayed at this Air Bnb. Firstly, I'd like to stay a huge thank you to Paul the owner - he was extremely proactive and helpful with making sure we had the best time, helping me organise parking in the local area and ensuring we had as much flexibility as possible during our stay. The flat is centrally located at the foot of the high street with great access. The inside of the flat was pristine with very modern amenities. My partner said that the rain shower was one of the best showers she's had! Paul provided us with milk, orange juice, Nespresso coffee, fruit, cereal and other things at no extra charge to us which was a really nice touch. And if you need lots of plug sockets look no further there must be about 15-20 sockets!! Thank you Paul for the wonderful stay, and we will be back for sure. Jay

The accommodation was simply perfect. I went to Totnes Boutique School, which was one minute from the accommodation. I felt extremely comfortable in this flat. Richard and Vicky were unfortunately on holiday, so we only had contact at the beginning of my stay. I would happily return to this great flat at any time and spend any moments with them. Thank you for everything.

Lovely stay at Becky’s place while I was in area for work. Becky and her husband were really welcoming and a pleasure to chat with when our paths crossed. The flat was spotless, and recently renovated so felt lovely and new. The kitchen was well equipped with all the bits and pieces you’d need for cooking while away from home, and Becky left some foodie treats out too, which was lovely. Would love to stay again if in the area. Thank you!

The Italian Garden House

The Italian Garden is a magical respite. Down a tiny country road, near mostly farmland and hills, you’ll find this incredible hideaway. We arrived at night and will admit didn’t do much research before booking (although there’s a lot of info online if you search theitaliangarden)- so were shocked to find that this gorgeous home is nestled just in front of nearly four acres of a phenomenal private garden that you often have to yourself. Words can’t do it justice … just go! The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine to cook or bake. There’s a gas fireplace for cold nights, and an outdoor fire bowl. Every bit of the house is luxurious and comfortable. It’s in an extremely quiet part of southern Devon, but just a 15 minute drive from bustling Totnes with unique restaurants and shops. There are many other nearby towns to explore, and Dartmoor is also very close by for gorgeous walks and landscape. Our week flew by - we can’t more highly recommend i

Lovely Cabin in the countryside with spectacular views, only a 10 minute drive away from Paignton town centre. The Cabin was clean, tidy and well-stocked with household essentials. Elizabeth provided clear and concise instructions as to how to get there, and checking in was no issue whatsoever. The facilities inside are very modern and well-maintained, we were particularly very impressed with the bathroom and shower facilities! Overall a fantastic stay, would highly recommend to anybody looking for a seaside or countryside holiday.
