Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Walk to Totnes high street in 15-20 minutes along main road, or take the 20-30 minute beautiful riverside walk. The house is very close to the cycle route to Dartington/Totnes. We are also only a 20 minute (uphill) walk to Dartington Hall. Beaches 20 minutes drive away, Dartmoor national park 20 minute drive.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a booking fee of £60.

Bell Tent

The Bell tent has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside along with separate luxury shower and bathroom and a kitchen area shared with other campers, It is situated in the paddock there is a garden swing to sit and watch the Alpacas graze nearby and a fire pit is supplied, logs are an added cost and can be purchased here, We are an adult only site on a working small holding and unable to have children on site for insurance reasons Please see other details to note.
