This is a great find for people that want to stay in or near West Hollywood. The listing was an exact match to what you actually get. Maggie was very quick to respond to any questions. The views from the apartment and rooftop were to die for! The space is excellent for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

This was so hassle free. I had such an easy time just following the directions which made for a great stay. The host was responsive to my needs and was very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. A couple things- the location on the Airbnb makes it seem like the place is within a few blocks to the Wiltern, but it is not actually walking distance. We couldn’t seem to make the upstairs a/c work, but the other a/c kept the place cool. Thank you for a nice stay!

Had a great time at Stefania Place. The Apartment is very nice, new , with great amenities in the perfect location , close to everything.. Stefania was very responsive, making sure I’m enjoying my stay. The instructions for the check in were very detailed and easy. Will book again !

I enjoyed the high ceilings and how nice everything looked on the inside. Concrete floors were a nice touch. The bed and couch were really comfortable. The parking lot on spring street is where I parked and you can look down on your car depending on what room you get. That was a fun bonus.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Overall loved the stay, ended up meeting some people who lived in the building who were all super friendly and fun to hang out with. The rooftop was awesome! The Airbnb itself is exactly what an old building in DTLA should be, so any reviews stating otherwise don’t understand the beautiful architecture of old DTLA. It’s definitely not brand new luxury apartments, but it is exactly what I think of when I think of the awesome art deco buildings of downtown LA. Still very modern and definitely remodeled. Overall I loved it and would definitely stay again! Lots of great food and coffee within walking distance. Affordable overnight parking behind the building. Thank you for having me.

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

Peter & Team offer a genuinely-unique stay in Downtown Los Angeles. I appreciated how clean the place was, an amazing view, and what a great value! The kitchen was well stocked with items you may need for cooking. The furniture and bed were so comfortable! The gym & fabulous rooftop pool and jacuzzi were extra perks. With security at front desk, you won't find a safer stay in Los Angeles. There is a nice restaurant next door, and a CVS on the corner. We could have not found a better stay!
