The Barn is 18th Century and recently converted. It has 1 bedroom with a Super king zip and link bed which can also be made up as a twin if requested. The space is beautifully furnished and equipped with an electric Aga, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Excellent Starlink WIFI for remote working. You will enjoy exclusive use of this well equipped house for 5 guests (with additional mezzanine double sofa bed if required). Set in it's own beautiful garden with an open aspect over fields, this area is wonderful for walking and cycling and with easy access to the Lakes District. Dark skies are a notable feature.

Private annexe, with separate entrance, small kitchen, sitting room with TV. Downstairs toilet. Private outside patio with table and chairs. Facilities to cook simple meals. Tea, coffee and milk provided. It is important to note the bedroom is en-suite but with access through the main house.

A perfect holiday base for touring the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. Located 200 meters from the all-important village pub, there are excellent walking and cycling in the area with Lake Ullswater 7 miles; Keswick 20 miles; Penrith and shops 6 miles.
