Woodstock Cottage, Settle, Yorkshire Dales

ScottRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed our stay, Woodstock Cottage is a lovely little place that it is well kept and maintained by the host. Super easy check-in, parking nearby, it was clean and tidy on arrival, had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, and a good selection of board games. Settle itself is a nice town, has a decent amount of shops and cafes, its well located and it was easy to get to most places in the area we wanted to go. The local Chinese isn't bad either. Would recommend the cottage/Kate/Settle to anyone.

Penny Rose Cottage, Langcliffe - Yorkshire Dales

LynseyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved our stay at Penny Rose Cottage! It was relaxing from the get go as we were able to pack super light due to the cottage having everything we could possibly need travelling with a toddler! This meant there was none of the usual huffing and puffing from my husband as he loaded the car! Nichola has done such a beautiful job with the interiors - it was soo cosy and welcoming! It was spotlessly clean also. Some air b&b’s can be quite basic and provide the bare minimum, Penny Rose was the opposite! The kitchen was really well equipped and easy to use, great coffee frother made for a lovely morning coffee. My 3 year old loved the toys, park, toyshop, bunk beds, scooter and buggy! As well as the high chair and princess plate! Lovely selection of books to nosy at, some games, and Netflix made for a very relaxing stay. Sometimes you come home from a “holiday” with a toddler feeling more exhausted than before you went but this time we were totally the opposite! Thank you!!

Lapwing Luxury Hen Hut

AliceRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and had a brilliant time. The accommodation was private and secluded with everything we needed. Ann was really helpful with directions and checked we knew how to work everything in the Hen Hut. Communication was easy and the Airbnb looks even better in real life with plenty of room for the two of us. The perfect stay!

Elbeck House, Littondale

What a beautiful location and truly special place to say. From beginning to end, Tanya made us feel incredibly welcome. Even to the point of homemade carrot cake outside the from door when we arrived back from a long walk! We loved playing with their gorgeous dogs (who are super well trained and will leave you well alone if you're not a dog-lover). The place was immaculate, and the photos don't actually do it justice. Lots of cute and unique features and high quality finish. Right next to a gorgeous stream. I walked from there over the Pennine Way to Halton, a thoroughly enjoyable 9-mile jaunt. While leaving my partner to the 3 Peaks Challenge. And the super cute Ns characterful pub up the road was on the cherry on a very enjoyable cake. I'll definitely be coming again!

Skylight

The micro barn was absolutely fantastic, excellent bolt hole from the hustle & bustle. Stunning scenery, we loved to sit on the patio and especially the field behind on an evening, to take in the amazing view. Excellent for hikers and ramblers, one and a half miles out of Ingleton, right on the path to get to the 3 peaks or the falls. Excellent host and the barn conversion is done to an extremely high standard with absolutely everything you could need and lots of helpful information. We were almost hoping for the weather to be colder so that we could try the wood burner!😊we would definitely return x

Sweetcorn small but sweet

GemmaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Had a great couple of days here. Great central location with lots of pubs and places to eat. Easy to drive into The Dales for walks and Heather was a great host. Sweetcorn is a clean and cosy flat on the main road, pub directly next door and one across the road, both dog friendly 🙂. Car park is really close as well which was handy.

We had a lovely stay. It was my partner and I’s first trip away and we had our doggie too! Instructions were very clear and was able to find the lodge easily when using What3Words. The lodge was in impeccable condition and we were welcomed with some milk, butter, bread and doggie treats! Thank you so much! Gorgeous area that we’d like to return to one day! Highly recommend. Would definitely book again! Thank you Sarah for letting us stay! Shan, Kate & Björn ❤️

Mothers Cottage, Settle - cosy 1 bedroom

PaulRating, 5 stars3 days ago
This terraced cottage is located in the centre of Settle so there's easy access to shops and the Victoria Hall where we had tickets for 2 events. A parking permit is provided to park in the car park a minute's walk away. The cottage has been modernised with a sitting room/kitchen/diner and bathroom downstairs and a large bedroom with huge balcony upstairs which gets the sun for the majority of the day in summer. The cottage is spotlessly clean, the bed comfy and the towels etc of good quality. The kitchen is well provided with a range of crockery and cookware. Essentials were left for breakfast which was a lovely surprise as were a number of "treats".
