The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
