The local countryside is great for walking, road or mountain biking. Within 10 minutes are the pretty market town of Ledbury, Eastnor Castle, and the wedding venue Birtsmorton Court. Great Malvern and the Three Counties Show-ground are 20 minutes and Cheltenham - home of the Gold Cup and literature and jazz festivals - is around 30 minutes.

The path up the Hills starts across the road; a short walk leads to Holy Well, the ancient spring which won Malvern its reputation for pure waters. Beyond that a shady zigzag leads to the ridge of the Hills, with views on all sides; from the Cotswolds to the Welsh mountains. They say on a clear day you can see fourteen counties.

Right in the centre of Malvern, yet tucked away in it's own quiet and secluded grounds, with seating in our communal garden. No.8 is the perfect base for all that Malvern has to offer. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.

We've created a quirky, self-contained retreat. It is in Castlemorton, high on the south east of the Malvern hills, surrounded by uplands and woodland, a short walk from Iron Age hill fort of British Camp. Ideal for nature lovers, bird watchers and walkers. It is in the Castlemorton Common SSSI and is an AONB. Dark skies great for night sky watching. Malvern, Ledbury, Tewkesbury (20, 15, 30mins) are beautiful towns with theatres, cinemas, lesure centres, spas, markets and museums.
