The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Close to restaurants, pubs and shops, and a short Uber or bus ride into the town centre. Please note ID may be asked for during check-in.

Around the living room you will find vinyl from the 80’s for you to enjoy. We offer books and board games and colouring books for children of all ages. To ensure a great start to your stay you will find a welcome basket containing essentials to make you feel comfortable after your journey and maybe some sweet retro treats.

Take it easy at this calming tranquil stay, dubbed by previous guests as a hidden oasis, nestled among spacious gardens in a quiet 1920s Northampton suburb. Relax with a drink on the secluded garden terrace, conjure up culinary delights in the excellently appointed kitchen and feel at home relaxing into a super-sized soft bed after a wonderful hot shower. Located near Moulton Agricultural College, and with a selection of local pubs and amenities within easy walking distance.

Cosy self- contained annexe in peaceful village

Come and relax in our newly renovated annexe. You’ll have complete privacy in this separate accommodation, but we live next door so if there is anything you need, we’re only a message (or knock) away. The annexe comes complete with its own kitchenette to prepare simple meals using the microwave and toaster. Tea and coffee making facilities, fruit juice, cereals and milk are also provided. There is a TV in the bedroom for watching iPlayer, Netflix or other TV apps.

Hare Cottage

“Hare Cottage" is a charming retreat nestled amidst the beauty of rolling farmland, offering an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while soaking in the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. The cottage provides modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and recharge. Hare Cottage is on the grounds of Hereford House (see photo 30) with its own fenced in garden and patio.

The Pheasantry

A listed (Grade 2) three hundred years old stone farmhouse, our beloved family home for over fifty years. It is in the old part of the village in a half acre garden. 1 hour or less from London, Oxford, Cambridge, Stratford and many stately homes. Ideal for family gatherings, friends' re-unions and for wedding guests. The Space The house is our family home used by us. We reserve four or five weeks a year for our children, grandchildren and friends.

The house is unsuitable for children of any age.

Self contained Studio in Weston Favell NN3 3JX

The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.
