The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Small double bed, sofa and chair. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. New en-suite shower. Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.

Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.
