The Cottage has its own private outdoor seating & dining area, with access to a hot/cold dog wash tap. Located up a short flight of stairs, you will be welcomed with a stunning one bed, with dressing room, a sofa bed in the lounge area, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area and underfloor heating throughout.

The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! The Garden Room is a beautifully converted self-contained studio adjacent to the main house in a quiet elevated cul de sac on the desirable West side of Louth, with ample driveway parking. A perfect location for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds and Coast or taking an 8 minute walk into town for pubs, restaurants, theatre, churches, the market and lovely shops. Spacious, light and open plan with ensuite shower and conservatory /kitchenette area overlooking a private patio area.

Church Farm Cottage, Legbourne, Louth

Escape to the country, listen to the birdsong, take in the star studded night sky at our much loved holiday home. A farmhouse with a delightful cottage garden at the end of a quiet lane. At the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, Legbourne offers ancient woodlands, two pubs, a village shop, a children’s play area and many countryside walks. Explore the rolling hills of the Wolds, the stunning sandy beaches ,the local market town of Louth, or Cadwell Park which is within 6 miles .

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.
