Vacation rentals in Little Chute

This is the perfect single person "me time" place as well as for for couples and a couple of friends. It's small and cozy but perfect for outdoor activities with fire pit. I'm definitely staying here again the next time I'm in Appleton. The best part is the pier, fire pit, fire place and and the heated bathroom floor.

We loved this place and it was a place we will come to again if we need to..Neat,clean and tidy for my family...Private setting and so peaceful ... She met all our needs and is a plus to have a washer and dryer with towels and washclothes to,she is amazing woman..I like well clwaned houses and this is the one to go to..We felt right at home...Its beautiful..Thank you Nicole😍

The house itself was the best-equipped rental we’ve ever experienced. Starting with the kitchen: no cheap utensils, no flimsy dishes—they didn’t cut corners. Everything felt like it was stocked by someone who actually cooks. Every little tool or item you’d expect in your own home was there. As for cleanliness—impeccable. This may have been the cleanest short-term rental we've ever stayed in. Spotless, organized, and not a single hair out of place. The location was fantastic: walking distance to downtown Menasha with its charming restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and right on the water. The hot tub was actually the reason we booked, and it absolutely delivered. High-quality Adirondack chairs added a nice touch and made it feel like home. We’re already talking about coming back—especially to try out the pontoon boat next time. Everything about this rental exceeded our (very high) standards. We own beautiful homes ourselves and expect a lot when we travel. This place lived up!

Such a wonderful experience! The place is perfect for a getaway or even a longer stay. The surroundings are beautiful—we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace, did some grilling, and even tried a bit of fishing. Everything was super clean with a stylish, tasteful design. I would definitely come back for a summer experience!

Beautiful and clean AirBnb! The backyard was the perfect place to relax next to the stream. Plenty of games and things to do. Would certainly book again!

My kids loved all the ‘hidden’ spaces. I made great use of the exceptional kitchen/dining space. Our dogs were welcome and enjoyed watching the wildlife out on the lake expanse. Plus my husband (a disabled veteran) felt peaceful, safe & at home. We all enjoyed watching several eagles (at least one mated pair with a nest) bring nature into a wonderful up-close view for us. Bonus: after we’d arrived home we discovered a Kindle (pw) got left behind. We felt foolish and like a total pain. No worries! Jay went above and beyond to utilize its retrieval and ensure it was returned, despite our four-hour travel distance away. He was clear, respectful, and kind during our entire stay. We hope to return to this rental again. And would highly recommend any of Jay’s properties. They’re gorgeous, classy & clean but still feel like a home away from home.

The house was very nice, clean, and comfortable, with modern renovations that made it feel fresh and cozy. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Price was fair, house was spotless, host was very kind and helpful. The kitchen is kinda small but the appliances are amazing. Nicest grill setup ive seen at a rental. Spotless weber kettle with 2 bags of kingsford waiting in garage. We had a blast. Would definitely book again.
