Based on the edge of the beautiful Lake District with commanding panoramic views of the Western Fells , here at Wellington Farm Glamping Breaks our 6 pods are fully fitted with electrics, heating, lighting, an ensuite and kitchenette. Our pods sleep 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). We provide all bedding and towels for your stay. We've even gone the extra mile by installing 7ft hydrotherapy hot tubs at each of our pods which allows our guests to fully appreciate the panoramic views of the fells.

Dating from around 1760, Derwent Bank is an attractive Georgian family house in the village of Great Broughton, Cumbria. "The Cottage" part of the house has a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with use of the front garden and verandah, Wifi, 3 large bedrooms, bathroom, dining room and a TV lounge with NetFlix & Amazon Prime. The property is approached via a driveway with parking at the rear. "The Hayloft" sleeping two with ensuite can also be booked if required. Access available from the cottage.

Isabel’s Cottage is owned by Lisa & Ivan. We live just next door. Located on the edge of the Lake District, tucked away in the old part of Great Broughton, on a quiet lane just off the Main Street with lovely walks along the River Derwent right from the doorstep & views over the river & western fells. Cockermouth & Keswick are a short drive away along with the seaside towns of Maryport & Whitehaven & the beaches at Allonby & St Bees. Easy access to the Lakes & the Western Wainwright Fells.

A peaceful, quiet, and modern static holiday home in a lovely area just 5 minutes from Cockermouth and a short 15 min drive to Keswick and the lakes (Derwentwater, Bassenthwaite, etc.). Free parking for 1 vehicle. Commercial vehicles not permitted. If you enjoy walking, you'll be spoiled for choice with many scenic routes in the area, ranging from easy to more challenging. Situated in a pretty village just 2 miles outside of the popular 12th century market town of Cockermouth, the birth place of William Wordsworth. The house is on three levels, the comfortable lounge being on the top floor and offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the fell views in all of their natural and constantly changing beauty.

The hut is set in the middle of a family farm, forget about your busy lives and sit back and relax in this peaceful location ideal for a romantic retreat, with views up the Lorton valley ,cozy up into front of the wood burning stove and plan your adventure for the next day. The hut has no electricity but has solar lights, and a separate composting toilet, all bed linen is provide along with wood for the stove. A breakfast hamper will be delivered to your door in the morning

Don't worry about noise keeping you awake, the property is fully sound-proofed and the pub doesn't have a jukebox! Please be aware that this first floor apartment has an open staircase and care must be taken with young children.

Toddell Barn forms part of our traditional Lakeland longhouse farm, built in approximately 1710. Toddell Barn sits within approximately 7 acres of agricultural land that helps attract a wide variety of wildlife. Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.
