Luca è una persona molto precisa, disponibile e amichevole. Con la neve fuori abbiamo trovato l'abitazione calda e accogliente, e il posto molto bello. È andato tutto benissimo.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Casa pulita molto ben arredata, fornita di tutto. Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti verso le varie località di mare. Siamo stati benissimo. Grazie a Mariapia per la sua cordialità e disponibilità. Torneremo senz’altro.

Zusammengefasst: Grosse Empfehlung! Vor Reiseantritt war der Kontakt mit Paolo super. Sehr aufmerksam. Wegen einer Strassensperrung mussten wir früher anreisen. Paolo bot uns unaufgefordert an früher einzuchecken. Die Villa ist genial. Die Kinder haben sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Eigener Gartenbereich, eigenes Jacuzzi und riesiger Gemeinschaftspool. Alles sehr gepflegt. Paolo war jeden Morgen da um nach dem Rechten zu sehen. Ansonsten war seine zuckersüsse Mutter immer vor Ort. Niemals aufdringlich - wir hatten maximale Privatsphäre und Freiheit. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr grosszügig. Das Bad und die Küche hätten einzig bei gewissen Fugen eine Auffrischung verdient. Aber alles war sauber! Dass nicht alles Geschirr bei jedem Neuantritt gereinigt werden kann, ist klar. Hier ein Appell an Airbnb Gäste. Paolo hat uns mit Tipps versorgt, Wünsche erfüllt und war mit seiner Mutter der perfekte Gastgeber. Für uns ein „superhost“. Anna e Paolo, un grande abbraccio!!!

lieve Helenia en familie, We hebben veel plezier gehad bij jullie. het appartement op de begane grond is ruim en mooi. we waren verrast, omdat het veel mooier is dan op de foto's. we hebben veel genoten van de zitplaats buiten en de grote tuin. We zijn dankbaar voor de lekkere cake, eieren, wijn, pasta saus en ga zo maar door. Wat een lieve mensen zijn jullie. er moeten meer mensen zoals jullie bestaan. ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven! Meer dan je geld waard. Liefs van ons.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso un lungo periodo nella casa di Alessandra ed è stato un periodo magnifico. Sarà difficile dimenticare l’accoglienza che Alessandra e Valerio hanno riservato al nostro arrivo e la loro squisita disponibilità durante tutto il soggiorno. Oltre ad una pulizia impeccabile a nostra disposizione abbiamo trovato di tutto, dai generi alimentari a qualsiasi cosa avessimo potuto aver bisogno per la casa. Non ci hanno fatto mancare assolutamente nulla. La casa, o villa per meglio definirla, è splendida. Immersa in un giardino infinito gode di una pace che difficilmente si riesce a trovare con una vista sulla Majella e sulla campagna circostante che regala in ogni istante prospettive e orizzonti da sogno. Ampi spazi anche all’interno, le foto pubblicate su Airbnb quasi non rendono giustizia perché se già ce ne si può innamorare osservando le fotografie per la prima volta, dopo che la si è abitata è davvero difficile lasciarla. Da non sottovalutare inoltre la posizione strategica poiché in poco tempo si possono raggiungere sia le montagne che il mare e naturalmente i bellissimi borghi abruzzesi. Ci siamo sempre sentiti a casa e in totale sicurezza sapendo comunque che per qualsiasi necessità avremmo potuto contare sul supporto di Alessandra e Valerio. Grazie di cuore per ogni singola attenzione che ci avete regalato. Sono certo che il nostro sarà un piacevole arrivederci.

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und wie beschrieben. Es war alles sehr sehr sauber und die Handtücher haben richtig gut und frisch gerochen, sowie die Bettwäsche. Francesca ist super freundlich und immer erreichbar und war auch sofort hilfsbereit, wenn es etwas gab. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen, man könnte auch zu Fuß gehen aber da es sehr steil bergauf geht, haben wir das bei der Hitze nicht gemacht. Man kann von da oben auf jeden Fall auf das Meer schauen, wenn man an der Straße steht, was sehr schön ist. Wir haben uns in allem wohl gefühlt. In diesem Sinne noch mal viele Liebe Grüße Francesca

Chiara è stata un host molto gentile e disponibile ma non invadente. L’alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e ha un’ottima posizione nel centro di Vasto: vicino al belvedere, parcheggio facile e vicinissimo in macchina al mare.

Ottima assistenza da parte dell’host, amichevolezza e disponibilità. Alloggio del tutto conforme alla descrizione. Zona centrale e vicina a molti punti d’interesse. Non molto parcheggio, bisogna cercare un po’.

Consiglio l’alloggio fornito da Nadia. Luogo incantevole, paesaggi mozzafiato. La villetta è circondata da un giardino bellissimo in cui abbiamo avuto piacere a fare colazione al mattino, colazione che ci è stata gentilmente offerta da Nadia, persona gentilissima, tranquilla, disponibile. Oltretutto ci ha saputo dare delle ottime indicazioni sui luoghi da visitare! Le camere erano calde al nostro arrivo, lo spazio è sufficiente anche per le famiglie. (Noi siamo una coppia e siamo stati comodi). Consiglio questo b&b perché è perfetto per chi ha voglia di tranquillità e di perdersi nella natura. 😊

Perfectly located for a little get away with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains! A wonderful spot to spend a few days.

Mimi’s House was so well located, and so easy to walk to both the beach and the town centre. It was perfect for our needs- spacious, easy to get around in a wheelchair, clean and with a beautiful outdoor area. Barbara was a great host- very responsive, friendly and made check in easy with clear instructions and by meeting us at the property. Thank you Barbara for a wonderful stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful home. The upstairs terrace has incredible views of the mountains and we loved hanging out up there. The cafe right down the walkable alleyway was perfect for an afternoon coffee and the owner was incredibly kind. Lorendana was also kind enough to let us drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time and recommended us a local, private driver Flemenia who we used during our entire stay in Spoltore. This home is a great option if you’re looking for a quiet and tranquil getaway.

Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche leider nur mit dem Notwendigsten eingerichtet. Den großen Pool hatten wir meist für uns alleine. Sehr ruhige Gegend. Wirklich zum Entspannen. Das Meer jedoch nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tolle Strände in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

wir waren 1 Woche bei Andrea und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. der Strand ist gleich vor der Terrassentür, was mit Kindern mega praktisch war. den Pool haben wir tatsächlich nicht oft genutzt. die Küchenausstattung könnte ein bisschen mehr sein, da man sonst bei 4 Personen nach jeder Mahlzeit alles spülen muss, damit für das nächste Mal wieder ausreichend Besteck usw. vorhanden ist. vielen Dank für alles 😊

Das Airbnb ist super. Direkt am Meer und eigener Pool. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir wieder nach Termoli reisen, werden wir dieses Airbnb wieder mieten.

è andato tutto bene, compresa la vicinanza alla spiaggia e ai suoi servizi...utile la pineta tra casa e mare che abbiamo sfruttato tutti i giorni causa il caldo soprsttutto durante il pranzo...gentili anche quelli del greenbay. Unica nota stonata il rumore del treno che disturba appunto durante il riposino in pineta...comune o ferrovie dovrebbero fare barriere antirumore almeno in alcuni tratti più frequentati

Wat een schitterende locatie om te verblijven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke Gabriëlla en familie. Erg hulpvaardig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement op de begane grond is werkelijk uitstekend en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer fraaie uitgevoerde renovatie van een boerderij tot in de kleinste details door een architect uitgevoerd. Vanuit de prachtig aangelegde tuin en vanuit het appartement heb je een rustgevend uitzicht op de zee. Ook heerlijk is het gebruik van het slim aangelegde zwembad. Wij hebben er ontzettend genoten. Alles was was keurig in orde en zeer schoon.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!
