Luca is a very specific, helpful and friendly person. With the snow outside we found the house warm and cozy, and the place is very nice. Everything went great.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

Clean house very well furnished, equipped with everything. Convenient location for traveling to various seaside resorts. We had a great time. Thanks to Mariapia for her friendliness and helpfulness. We will definitely be back.

dear Helenia and family, We had a lot of fun with you. The ground floor apartment is spacious and beautiful. We were surprised, because it is much nicer than in the pictures. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large garden a lot. We are grateful for the tasty cake, eggs, wine, pasta sauce and so on. What lovely people you are. There should be more people like you. We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

I recommend the place provided by Nadia. Charming place, breathtaking scenery. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden where we enjoyed having breakfast in the morning, breakfast that was kindly offered to us by Nadia, a very kind, quiet, helpful person. She was also able to give us great directions to places to visit! The rooms were warm when we arrived, the space is also enough for families. (We are a couple and we were comfortable). I recommend this b&b because it is perfect for those who want tranquility and get lost in nature. 😊

Mimi’s House was so well located, and so easy to walk to both the beach and the town centre. It was perfect for our needs- spacious, easy to get around in a wheelchair, clean and with a beautiful outdoor area. we stayed with Andrea for 1 week and felt very comfortable. The beach is right outside the terrace door, which was mega convenient with children. We actually didn't use the pool often. the kitchen equipment could be a bit more, otherwise you have to rinse everything with 4 people after each meal, so that there is enough cutlery etc. for next time. thank you for everything 😊

Top location, the property is located directly on the beach. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for beach stays. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it has everything you need.

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Ludovico and his family were wonderful hosts. Our family had an amazing time. He is very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. When we come back to the region, we will be sure to stay again.

What a beautiful place to stay at. Very easy and friendly Gabriëlla and family. Very helpful to make your stay pleasant. The apartment on the ground floor is really excellent and equipped with all the comforts. Very beautifully carried out renovation of a farmhouse down to the smallest details carried out by an architect. From the beautifully landscaped garden and from the apartment you have a relaxing view of the sea. Also wonderful is the use of the cleverly landscaped pool. We really enjoyed it. Everything was neat and tidy and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It looks even better than in the photos! Super peaceful & communication with the hosts was a deem. A little trouble with electricity but hey - it‘s rural Italy :) would definitely book again!

They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

Vittorio’s place was even better than we could have hoped for, nestled in the countryside it is wonderfully peaceful and private, perfect to relax and unwind without disturbance. The property is large and secluded surrounded only by nature, horses and cats, it is well equipped with everything we needed, also fast internet, 2 smart TV’s and a large well maintained pool. Vittorio was a superb host, generous and welcoming, thoughtful and respectful, probably the best we have had. He met us on the main road and took us to the property where we instantly felt right at home, he was always available via messages to give us useful tips, and responded quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend Vittorio’s place to anyone
