A beautiful house within walking distance of Barbizon village. The garden was pristine and a wonderful spot for breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the house had lovely nooks for relaxing with a book. Helen was very responsive and the guide left at the house included all the necessary information. We hope to return.

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought of as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small area with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back. 🙂

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

This is a studio that offers all the qualities of a great cottage. The first impression, that of finally arriving home on a sunny terrace on which to have a coffee in the morning when you get up, is a pleasure when you find yourself in peace after a good night's sleep that a large bed, in which you will lose your other half, will have offered you. Fontainebleau, Barbizon are just a few minutes' drive away… enough to spend long hours visiting the castle, getting lost in the forest… it is when you return from all these activities, tired, that the comfort of the studio will make sense. A good hot shower from which the water seems to flow from the sky (rain shower head) and finally this large bed… In short, spending the weekend here will delight you for sure. We spent 48 hours there at the top without ever being bothered by anything. Alex and Quentin will welcome you as they should. An atmosphere that can only be found at home. Do you need a cottage in the area? So you have it.

This accommodation is ideal for a disconnection in the heart of nature. The estate is very beautiful, in the heart of the forest, and the accommodation is very functional with all the necessities. The setting is very peaceful — a few minutes' walk from the accommodation is a magnificent viewpoint (with very little traffic), and about ten minutes' walk from the Seine. Very privileged setting, cut off from the world (no shops nearby on foot — accessible by bicycle or car) The hosts are very nice, responsive and available. Very fluid communication The only difference to note with the listing is the view of the Seine, which is no longer relevant from the accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay in the property. Well decorated and maintained and easily accessible with the train station within 3 minute walk from the property. I will certainly plan another stay at the property and strongly recommend to others.

First experience on Airbnb, which I absolutely do not regret. Our host was available throughout the stay. We were very touched and satisfied with the welcome we received. The master bedroom is beautiful overlooking a beautiful bay window opening. The bathrooms are very stylish and modern. My kids loved the movie theater. Add to this the jacuzzi for a relaxing moment. We stayed at here as the location was perfect for the airport, and 30 minutes in to the center of Paris ( short bus ride and metro) The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The area was quiet and the local shop and bakery was only 5 minutes walk.

Laurent has truly been a great host. A real friendly person who will make sure that you have the most comfortable stay at his property.
