Situated in the older part of the old Cornish market town of Liskeard, Mizpah was originally the hay store to the Coach House of Henry Rice the renowned local architect. Built of stone and slate in the late 1800's this self contained annexe is within walking distance of the town's amenities including shops , restaurants & pubs . The accommodation is over two floors and is presented in a contemporary style with mini kitchen and a small outside patio area. On-street parking. Wi-fi is available.

Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in!
