Ampio e luminoso, caratterizzato da soffitti alti incorniciati da travi a vista, cucina attrezzata separata, bagno con comoda vasca e due stanze da letto matrimoniali. Un quinto posto nel divano letto. Posto auto privato, piscina condominiale dal 15/06 al 15/09.
