This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm host. Even if she doesn't speak English, you can communicate well with her. At check-in, her friend Laura welcomed us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. A supermarket is not far away. What could possibly be modernized is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment door had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

We really liked the apartment, the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is impeccable, the view is breathtaking and it's really worth it. It has all the amenities you need, including a parasol to go to the beach, something that saved us. 🫶🏻 The information they gave us was very good. There were not many stairs, which is appreciated in Italy after so much walking with a suitcase, and parking next to the entrance, very safe. It is close to the port, which is perfect for tours, close to downtown and 4 minutes from the supermarket by car. We really had a very nice and pleasant stay. I'd come back anyway.

Having visited Porto Cervo since 1987, I cannot recommend this property highly enough! It is the perfect apartment in every sense.

Very nice and comfortable place, right in the middle of the marina great location very close to one very small and quiet beach. the place is perfect for 2 max 3 people. air conditioning impeccable. the place has all the amenities in the flat, eg dishwasher and washing machine work perfectly. only negative is the absence of wi-fi which is not convenient if you do not have data otherwise we loved it

We had an amazing stay here - the kids loved it & spent many hours on the beach & catching tiny fish in the lagoon. The property is located in a beautiful setting, with flamingoes frequenting the lagoon on the left & the beach directly in front of the patio. The property has all you require, and the shops are a 5 minute drive away. We explored a few other beaches during our stay, but were unanimous that the one right on our doorstep was the best!

Super host and place to stay! Availability, exceptional kindness and hospitality, the accommodation is beautiful, very clean and very special, an atmosphere of the sea and freshness, a place that is difficult to leave. Everything is very, very, very nice. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay at Marilde's. The apartment was clean, just as pictured. Great location, great for walking around the harbor with various restaurants and cafes and shops. Marilde is a very friendly person and was available and responsive. I thank her for a wonderful stay. The island is incredibly beautiful and has the merit of being visited. Cheers Sofia

Friendly and helpful host

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. This is the perfect place to stay in the 'old' part of Castelsardo, and can still access the 'new' town easily via a relatively short walk. But we spent most of our time in this older idealic section of the town. Our host could not have been more responsive and helpful. As described, the space itself is small, but we didn't need more space! Comfy bed, great shower, fridge etc all you need. And a great view, really close to local places to eat and some more fancy ocean view bars. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment located in San Pantaleo (which is also a very pretty village). The apartment has a beautiful view and is well-equipped. Andrea has been a very welcoming and available host. Special mention for Andrea and Myriam's restaurant which was good and generous! We'll be happy to come back!

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Excellent, the area is perfect, the view is perfect, everything that is included with the room is incredible (sauna, pool, spa etc), the bed, the kitchen everything was perfect. Claudio is a great co-host, he offered us fresh eggs one morning, he is a good person and we recommend this accommodation!

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.
