Amazing sea view from the garden

Our beautiful house, completely remodeled and refurnished in 2012 and is located in the upper part of the country. The whole building enjoys the stunning view of the La Maddalena Archipelago! It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

A bright sleeping area is highlighted by a yellow bedspread and a patterned decorative pillow. Wall-mounted lights provide subtle illumination, while an intricately designed headboard adds texture. Two bedside tables are placed on either side, enhancing the room's functionality.

Typical house with independent entrance near the beaches. Bus stop 20 meters from the house. Close to supermarkets,restaurants,bars, evening markets,parties in the square,boarding for the islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena.lucernary bedroom, not equipped with outdoor spaces,no one prohibits being able to hang out on the street,the inhabitants of the street love to sit outside the door to exchange a chat in the summer evenings,we find all this very characteristic! We look forward to seeing you! :)

Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

A private jacuzzi is nestled on a wooden deck, offering views of a colorful sunset over the water. The surrounding area includes greenery, enhancing the serene atmosphere of the outdoor space.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner while watching the lighthouse of Porto Faro and the boats sailing towards La Maddalena. Get out of the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation is required for at least 2 consecutive weeks. Extra sheets and towels provided, only on request (30 euros/person/week). N.B. Extra IS due TO the rental TAX.

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.
