Our beautiful house, completely remodeled and refurnished in 2012 and is located in the upper part of the country. The whole building enjoys the stunning view of the La Maddalena Archipelago! It is an apartment of 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with a french bed), one bathroom with shower, a large living room, kitchen and a garden of 100 square meters equipped with deck chairs, veranda with table and chairs to dine admiring the stunning sea views over La Maddalena Archipelago.

Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

A clear view of the blue sea is complemented by distant rocky hills and a peaceful coastal landscape. In the foreground, lush greenery and terracotta rooftops create a serene setting, enhancing the image's natural beauty.

Vicinanze a supermercati,ristoranti,bar,mercatini serali,feste in piazza,imbarchi per le isole dell'arcipelago di La Maddalena.lucernario camera da letto, non dotata di spazi esterni,nessuno vieta di poter stendere nella vietta,gli abitanti della via amano sedersi fuori dalla porta di casa per scambiare due chiacchere nelle serate estive,troviamo tutto questo molto caratteristico! Vi aspettiamo! :)

The apartment Like at Home Palau is in a splendid position on the corner of the building, you can reach the garden and the swimming pools from both the double bedrooms and the large living room, you can take advantage of the beautiful veranda for sunbathing on the two cubes with mattresses that are for your exclusive use. The garden and the pools are of the condominium. The apartment has automated awnings and windbreaks, wii fii and it has just been renovated.

The living area features large, opening doors that frame a view of the calm sea. Light-colored furnishings complement the walls, and a flat-screen TV is positioned opposite a cozy seating arrangement, enhancing the airy atmosphere. A wooden surfboard is displayed as decor.

Appartamento affacciato sulla spiaggia, appena ristrutturato. Ideale per famiglie. Bellissimo terrazzo sul mare dove fare colazione e cena guardando il faro di Porto Faro e le barche che veleggiano verso La Maddalena. Esci di casa e sei subito in spiaggia. Per i mesi di LUG ed AGO si richiede prenotazione di almeno 2 settimane consecutive. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti extra, solo su richiesta (30euro/pers/week). N.B. Extra è dovuta L'IMPOSTA di SOGGIORNO.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
