Modern and sophisticated apartment in an 18th century building

Feel the typical Lisbon life in this apartment with plenty of natural light, high ceilings and the traditional running board floor. The decor in sober tones and the large windows overlooking the street provide a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Building was recent rehabilitated, just like surrounding area. Access to the apartment is via the stairs to the first floor (no elevator) but when you go into you will note that the apartment is worth it. Apartment has cozy spaces on a extremely high ceiling rooms with the presence of traditional building materials area, such as wood and stone. The living room has a big ceiling light just like old palaces. The feeling is that we are in an extremely charming house of the XVIII century but with the comfort of the XXI century with central air conditioning and a modern kitchen. The living room is the center of the house with two big windows doors with small balconies with lots of light and overlooking the main street. Next bedroom also has a big window doors and the small balcony. Apartment it's 50sqm but is big enough to spend a few days comfortable. The house has one more two individual beds on a big bedroom .
