It has two bedrooms with a balcony, two bathrooms with a washer and dryer, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The total area of the apartment is 100m2. The proximity of the trails of the Western Tatras, the Chochołowskie Term, the Witów SKI slope, the bike path around the Tatras, the river and the forests make our place an ideal starting point for active people. A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

In the evening hours you can reserve the time for Sauna and Jacuzzi and you will have it all for yourself to enjoy and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:30 -19:00 19:00 - 20:30 20:30 - 22:00
