It is a new building, the accommodation is comfortable, with a large bathroom The apartment is located on the ground floor. Only a place to stay, it doesn't have an outdoor seating.

Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area with a garden and park view, approx. 5 min. walk from the main station (train, bus, ski bus) and 5 min. to the city center. It is an ideal place for day trips and night city. You can park your car on the street next to the building. Towels and bed linen are included. Respect for neighbors is essential (no parties, smoking inside, noise, etc.). I do not provide a residence visa.

Come visit the most beautiful region in Slovakia - Liptov. We welcome you to stay in our beautiful house, which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and living room. There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room and Netflix for when you just want to relax. Kids will certainly enjoy playing with many toys and board games or XBOX ONE. The property is fenced in so kids can run around while you enjoy outdoor fireplace or barbecue.

Will not accommodate Hen Stag similar parties. BBQ closed winter. Summer preferably reservations Saturday to Saturday
