Great location and value!

We stayed in Daniel's apartment for an extended weekend with our young children. The apartment has a great location and is on the 1st floor. The windows of bedroom and sitting room are towards the street which is very busy. Since you don't have to open the windows at night at the current temperatures, the volume was no problem for us. Next door was a well-attended pub, where the audience was also often outside the door and was also quite noisy depending on the alcohol level. But those were all the criticisms we have. The equipment of the apartment is great, everything was clean and Daniel is super friendly and helpful. The pizza from across the street is really delicious! One more info for visitors who do not arrive by car: the key must be picked up at another address.

We can fully recommend the apartment. Everything that is important has already been described by the other guests. That's how we experienced it. Everything perfect. I'd love to come back.

Nice, relatively new place. The bathroom is very nice and sufficiently large. The apartment is really very small, but the balcony gives you no cramping feeling. The view over the Eidlauf pond is very nice. It's just minutes to the city. Filter coffee machine is available. I would prefer a capsule machine The pull-out sofa bed is fine. At my request, a swivel chair was brought to me. Thanks again for that! In Rohrbach and surroundings there are many nice people. Recommended: Burns, B34 and city cafe. Pizza at Jimmy. Tierpark in Altenfelden.

Michaela's apartment is very comfortably furnished and excellently equipped. The seat already has sun in the morning, ideal for enjoying coffee. For loading and unloading, you can drive more or less directly in front of the apartment. With a dog, the apartment is superbly located. Directly behind the house you are already on the meadow and can take various beautiful walks. Everything worked out and I would stay with Michaela again anytime.

Very nice, quiet location with terrace and property. Ideal for dog lovers, as it is on the ground floor. Breakfast at the terrace with sunrise- great. Everything you need, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle even dishwasher and washing machine incl. Tabs. Roland responded promptly to inquiries. I would book again.

We did stay 4 nights in this apartment, everything was fine and the host family Kandlbinder is really nice and always there to help. The apartment is really very clean and location is really quiet but easy to find. We would definitely recommend this apartment for family want to visit the region and around.

We felt comfortable with Michaela all around. The apartment really leaves nothing to be desired and is lovingly furnished and decorated. You feel like home. It was also very clean. From the apartment, many beautiful excursion destinations are easily accessible and the quiet surroundings invite you to relax. A perfect getaway. Thank you Michaela.

Very nice apartment. Modern equipment. All clean and in good condition. Andreas was always available. Apartment is small, but there is enough space for two adults and one or two small children. I can fully recommend stay there.

Had super nice days there, but many hikes are a bit away, car necessary

We as a family felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything needed was there, it was fine clean! Glad to come back!

We took a trip through the Czech Republic and this loft, furnished by this wonderful artist, was the highlight at the end of our trip. Everything is as you see it in the pictures and as you would expect. Perfect to explore Czech Krumlov for a few days.

Unit itself is walking distance to the city centre. Along with being spacious the unit was beautifully decorated with features that made it feel like home. Would recommend staying at Vaclav's airbnb!

It was the perfect weekend to relax. We were extremely warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The place is highly recommended!

Wonderful place, wonderful host. Perfect location, especially if you are coming with kids: the ski park is just across the road from the property, with skiing and tobogganing, inexpensive. A bigger ski slope is some 7 min driving. The apartment is done beautifully, with care, pleasure to be in, very comfortable. Everything works. Communication with the host was smooth and fast. 100% recommended! Now we want to come back in the summer to experience the lake with the paddle boards.

Our vacation in the FeWo Hofgarten was just perfect! It's an incredibly great apartment, beautifully decorated, the oven is great, the sauna & hot tub are of course a highlight. Everything was super clean, tidy, super equipped (also books, games, kitchen equipment great, incl. Tea, honey, spices, etc.) we really had everything we needed. The contact with the owner was very pleasant, we always reached her & were even allowed to spontaneously extend the stay by one night. We were thrilled, it was the most pleasant stay we had in an apartment so far!

We wanted to spend a cozy girls' weekend to spend time together, chat, relax and enjoy. The place was as described in the listing, very easy to reach by car, great terrace and sauna and pool area. The surroundings are quiet, and if it's a little warmer, the lake is certainly a great trip. Now (at the beginning of April) we have made use of the included pool & sauna offer and let the evening end with a magnificent sun-earth on the spacious, wind-protected, terrace.

Great location right on the lake with private lake access, jetty and loungers. Were traveling with a dog and that was a great fit. Nice and quiet!

The stay was great. When we needed anything, Veronika responded right away. I recommend. Close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
