I stayed at Oussama's place from January to April and am very satisfied. Hosts were always reachable. For questions or extensions of the stay, they accommodated me and could help at any time. In general, I am positively impressed by both the host and the apartment and would recommend it to anyone who would like to inquire about Koblenz.

Very nice hostess. Absolutely sufficient and recommended for a short stay. The tram is within walking distance and connects to the city center. Free parking is available in the area. The studio is located in the hostess' house in a quiet area. Sofa bed comfortable. Should anyone value it and want to stock up beforehand: The coffee machine is from Tchibo (Cafissimo). If necessary, a few more hooks could be installed in the bathroom.

Around the corner were also numerous possibilities for breakfast and restaurants are also within walking distance. The bedroom is facing the back yard and was accordingly super quiet.

The accommodation is top notch. Everything clean, everything available, we didn't miss anything. Great little house, with a gorgeous view of the Mosel. Unfortunately, it was too cold in April to sit on the beautiful balcony. Check-in went smoothly and flexibly via a key box. The contact with Jessica was friendly. We used the convenient location and were traveling a lot by car, you are quickly in Koblenz and in Cochem. We definitely recommend this place 👍

We were kindly received and immediately received a lot of information about the region. There was coffee, water, tea, etc. ready for us. The cottage was bigger than expected and was very clean. The kitchen is also very well equipped. The few questions we had were also answered directly.

Ute is a friendly host who took good care of us. She even offered to take us to the nearest train station when we were going to a meeting in Cologne. We travelled between the city center and the apartment with Uber – it worked well, despite the apartment being a bit away from the city center.

This place was an amazing find. Great location in the middle of everything and close to the train station. Quiet surroundings in the middle of a busy city. Toys and games for kids for rainy days, and he has great local restaurant recommendations that had flexible hours for a young family. We really enjoyed our stay at this place and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. Private bedrooms and a living room sitting area provided a good balance for our family. The apartment was spotless clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Check-in time was flexible, although we were late. We received a friendly welcome and good tips for the apartment and surroundings.

Very nice located on the edge of the forest. The apartment was very well equipped. The layout of the apartment was very well suited for two couples with two small living rooms, but also a nice kitchen where you can then sit together. The hostess was very friendly and natural.
