It is in a quiet location on the ground floor of a detached house on the Rhine height surrounded by Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Welcome to my cozy attic apartment! Immerse yourself in the charm of the oldest house in Plittersdorf. Whether an evening walk or enjoying nature, the immediate proximity to the Rhine offers a true relaxation factor. Nevertheless, be well connected: In just 15 minutes by bus to Bonn main station Culinary travel: There is a small and delicious French restaurant right in the house. I look forward to meeting you!

Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided.

The small apartment

Our "small apartment" offers a cozy and stylish overnight stay for up to two people. Here you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the wonderful view of the Drachenfels from the dining table. The bathroom is located one staircase below. There is a spacious waterfall shower here. The "highlight" of the Gründerzeit villa, our large garden with old trees invites you to linger and relax.

Beautiful, bright 36 sqm apartment with amazing views of the Rhine. Sunny balcony (4.5 m wide) and large windows. It's possible to watch ships. Apartment is on the 5th floor, elevator is available. House is directly on the Rhine and within easy reach of the city center. A great thermal bath with healing water is located just 200 m from the apartment. There's a private parking spot. There's wifi.

Our barrier-free apartment is located in Urmitz and directly on the Rhine. The apartment in a quiet location is 70 sqm and has a glass facade facing the Rhine in the living room. Both the living room and bedroom have access to the large terrace. Make yourself comfortable here and enjoy the view. The kitchen is new and offers you everything you need. Coffee is available unlimited.

Our fine apartment directly in the nature reserve pampers you with sun from morning to evening, views of horse pastures, Löwenburg and Ölberg. Out the door, hiking shoes on and explore!
