Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Spätherbst gibt es eine exklusive Sauna und kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Cosy holiday home in quiet location

Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

The room is equipped with a TV for Amazon Prime, a closet, a small desk with a chair and a comfortable single bed that can be pulled out if necessary. The room has its own entrance. My rooms have been carefully renovated and lovingly furnished. I hope to welcome guests who appreciate their beauty. There are plenty of opportunities for activities in the surrounding areas such as Speyer, Heidelberg, Mannheim and Karlsruhe. Hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth. In addition, a refreshing swimming lake is just 500 meters away. Guests can walk to the EDEKA supermarket, bakery and train station in 10 minutes.

The Southern Palatinate and the Palatinate Forest invite you with their popular excursion destinations, countless refreshment stops, modern wine bars, good wine and Palatinate hospitality. The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.
